Trump Viewed More Favorably Than DeSantis

Welcome back, America! This is Tucker Carlson, and it’s time to talk about our favorite ex-President, Donald J. Trump. As we all know, Trump’s presidency was not without its detractors, but recent polls suggest that the American people still view him more favorably than current Republican governor of Florida, Ron DeSantis.

Now, I know what you’re thinking: how could it be possible that a governor with such a strong record on conservative issues could be viewed less favorably than a former President who has been out of office for months? It’s simple, folks. Trump’s America First agenda resonated with the American people in a way that few politicians before or since have been able to do. He stood up for our values, defended our borders, and fought tooth and nail to ensure that America was always the top priority.

DeSantis, on the other hand, is still a relative political newcomer, and despite his impressive track record, hasn’t yet proven himself to be the kind of leader that can unite the country. Don’t get me wrong, I think DeSantis is a fantastic governor, and if he decides to run for President in 2024, he has my full support. But when it comes to the court of public opinion, Trump’s record speaks for itself.

During his time in office, Trump accomplished some truly remarkable things. He secured funding for the border wall, cut taxes for working Americans, and renegotiated trade deals that had been ripping us off for years. Under his leadership, we saw record low unemployment rates, and he even brokered historic peace deals in the Middle East.

So let’s not forget about all that Donald Trump accomplished during his time in the White House. And let’s also not forget that among Republicans, he is still the most popular politician in the country. Love him or hate him, it’s clear that Trump’s impact on our politics and our country will be felt for years to come. Thanks for tuning in, and remember, America First!
