Knock, knock, knock…
In case you haven't been following the politicized farce of the “hush money” case, the committed left-wing activist judge now finds himself with a vice around his neck.
Mind you, yesterday was a big day for disgraced liar and former disbarred attorney Michael Cohen, and not in a good way. He torpedoed what was left of Fat Alvin's kangaroo case, thanks to Trump's phenomenal legal team, which separated Mr. Cohen limb to limb under questioning.
All the lies and twists the prosecution tried to string together now begin to unravel at warp speed, thanks to a “surprise witness.”
BREAKING: The trial now resumes after a delay following a heated exchange between Merchan and Costello over courtroom conduct.
Merchan is absolutely seething about Costello's testimony. The kind of treatment Costello, a seasoned prosecutor who once worked for the U.S. Attorney's office in New York in the 1970s and early 1980s, is receiving on the judge's witness stand is sickening.
Merchan is visibly disturbed, condescending and downright abusive of the witness on the stand. Outrageous behavior from a judge, and totally inappropriate for any courtroom! No decorum!

This upcoming decision on Costello will be the final determination of Merchan's future career as a judge. So what's going on? All the drama and buzz is centered around this “surprise witness” because he's about to totally blow Fat Alvin's flimsy joke about a case against President Trump. Fat Alvin's prosecution team is fighting tooth and nail to keep Costello off the witness stand, so much so that it has delayed the trail. All of this has most legal experts scratching their heads; after all, Costello is a perfectly clear and reasonable rebuttal witness.
But who is this mysterious man shaking everything up? Well, he's the former legal advisor and mentor to convicted criminal Michael Cohen, and he's managed to scare activist Judge Merchan. So much so that he excused the jury just so he could unload on Costello.
All eyes turned to Robert Costello on Monday after he was called to the witness stand in former President Trump's hush money trial and quickly admonished by the judge for his behavior in the courtroom.
Minutes after Costello, a former legal adviser to ex-Trump fixer Michael Cohen, took the stand Monday, Judge Juan Merchan asked jurors to leave the courtroom so he could admonish Costello for his behavior on the stand.
Costello and Merchan shared a tense exchange and reporters were abruptly asked to leave the room. At one point, Merchan demanded to know if Costello was watching him.
The jury and reporters were allowed back in minutes later without explanation, and Trump's legal team began questioning Costello.
Costello is a former federal prosecutor turned defense attorney who spent decades on the New York legal scene. In 2018, Costello briefly served as an adviser to Cohen as federal prosecutors criminally investigated him and his work on behalf of Trump.
Costello allegedly offered to set up a back channel between Trump and Cohen through former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, who had just joined Trump's legal team.
And this line of questioning from Team Trump is precisely why the regime's puppets are collapsing.
Blanche: I want to focus more on whether Cohen knew if Trump said anything about the payments to Stormy Daniels.
Costello: Cohen repeated numerous times that President Trump knew nothing about these payments and that Cohen DID THIS ON HIS OWN.
Merchan is clearly losing it. He knows Costello is turning Fat Alvin's case into dust, and he's doing everything he can to save this mock trial for the regime.

It was right around that time that activist Judge Merchan began to come apart at the seams.
Judge Merchan kicked out all the reporters and called Trump's defense witness, Robert Costello.
Merchan: Are you looking at me right now?
Costello: I'm not.
Merchan: Get out of the room, NOW! LEAVE THE COURT ROOM!It's obvious that corrupt Judge Merchan knew they had no case with Robert Costello's testimony, so he runs Interference for Bragg…

Wow! The judge is clearing the courtroom after dressing down Robert Costello for rolling his eyes and muttering about his decisions. The press is pushing itself into this. Court officials are shouting.

It's a show trial. There is nothing fair, legal, or American about this farce.
BREAKING: There has been an extended back and forth between the Defense, Judge Merchan and the Prosecution over the impending testimony of Robert Costello, which has caused delays. The prosecution is trying to block Costello from taking the stand, arguing that his testimony would be collateral and therefore inadmissible under the rules of evidence.
Bragg's lawyers know Costello will put the final nail in the coffin of his case, which is now on life support after Michael Cohen's testimony was fired this morning in which he admitted lying to protect his personal interests, benefiting financially Trump and the trial and theft of the Trump Organization, among other damning revelations. Stay tuned!

Some would argue that Merchan is just getting the same so-called “respect” he has shown our once highly respected judicial system.
Costello is showing Merchan the same level of respect that “The Judge” has shown for the criminal code and the concept of blind justice throughout this case – NONE! https://t.co/Xnhic1OUMk

One regime stooge dodging talk of the fallout of this sham case is key Deep State player Norm Eisen. Things get really awkward for Norm when he's confronted by a citizen reporter who trashes him from stem to stern.
It is my sincere hope that these will be the best sixty seconds you experience all day. I have been to this trial more than a dozen times to speak with one particular weasel, @NormEisen and here at last… pic.twitter.com/NhbInBYVwu

The regime's plan is falling apart. They have concocted this elaborate political charade as a last desperate hope to shut down President Trump before the 2024 election, especially after the two Jack Smith kangaroo cases were dropped. And now, everything is falling apart. The desperation is palpable among all the key players, from the lowest grunt to the highest levels. Over the next few days, the fate of this case and the regime's plans for President Trump will become very raw and visible for all to see.
