Many of you probably know John Sullivan, the anti-Trump activist who was allegedly filming a documentary on January 6th, a documentary that CNN bought for $35,000.

The New York Post:

Accused Capitol rioter John Sullivan sold video footage he shot during the Jan. 6 siege to NBC and CNN for $35,000 each, according to new court documents.

The news came as prosecutors on Tuesday sought to ban the social media access of the Utah provocateur, a self-styled anti-Trump activist they say infiltrates protests to cause chaos and record video footage , according to Politico.

Sullivan maintains that he is a reporter for his website Insurgence USA, and his defense attorney submitted invoices for the $35,000 that NBC News and CNN apparently paid for the rights to use the videos.

But the feds allege in a criminal complaint that Sullivan was actively participating in and encouraging the siege.

As crowds of supporters of President Donald Trump stormed the building, Sullivan helped one of the rioters scale a wall leading to the entrance to the Capitol, according to an affidavit.

The anti-Trump Sullivan is frequently seen in the company of controversial figure Ray Epps, and there is also evidence of Sullivan’s involvement in instigating the riot.

Now, we are learning that Mr. Sullivan probably had a more extensive role than just filming a documentary and getting with Ray Epps that day. According to a January 6 defendant who used the handle “Free Will of the State”, Sullivan was working closely with both Antifa and covert law enforcement. However, according to Free State Will’s investigation, body camera footage that could confirm this has mysteriously disappeared. Wow, that’s pretty amazing, huh?

Here’s what Free State Will said in his very compelling post on X:

I have filed a response to the government’s opposition to my motion to compel production. My latest filing demonstrates relevance to my case by showing that undercover MPD arrested Antifa conspiring with John Sullivan and that body cameras are missing.

Also included this image.

In another previous post, he revealed this:

I have filed a motion to compel the government to produce all materials related to the undercover police at the Capitol on January 6 and to produce the missing body camera footage. This motion presents new evidence of illegal behavior by undercover police at the Capitol.

And this is the image he shared:

He also shared these two videos and stated how important the body camera footage is to the J6 defendants; as it provides real-time documentation of what happened.

Police body cameras are important to Jan. 6 defenses because they reveal candid assessments in real time.

My motion includes an exhibit of Officer Joseph Young’s recording that captures Officer Pittmon assessing that the police had “screwed this shit up.”

Another exhibit includes footage from Officer Matthew Fleming showing officers being ordered by their supervisors to let protesters have access to the west terrace gate. Afterward, a unit officer says, “I can’t believe they let them in.”

Free State Will notes how the Capitol was crawling with undercover cops.

Last November I filed a motion noting that undercover police urged J6 protesters to advance on the steps of the Capitol. The government eventually produced two of Leiva’s recordings in April. The footage is completely black for 5 minutes as Leiva and Callahan climb the stairs.

Officer Tomasula not only urged protesters to advance on the steps of the Capitol, but also infiltrated the Proud Boys in December 2020, used department funds to purchase Proud Boys gear, and relayed information to the ‘FBI. The government is hiding 90 pages of fully redacted text messages between Tomasula and the Proud Boys.

The further down this rabbit hole you go, the weirder and more sloppy the feds seem to be.

A recently revealed internal MPD investigation revealed that Detective Ricardo Leiva observed people breaking glass windows at the Capitol and ran up to them saying, “Hey, how are you man, you’re doing an amazing, amazing, amazing job.”

Leiva claims he recorded this, but the recording has not occurred in discovery.

Detective Callahan was also recording on the J6, but MPD claims he had no recording device with him on the J6, even though the video clearly shows he has a cell phone. No footage has been produced for Callahan.

The famous “hedge cutter” also seems to be quite cozy with alleged undercover cops.

Undercover officer Ryan Roe noted that he was using a Canon XA40 to film on January 6. Thanks to a viral thread showing a man with the same camera model, I was able to identify Roe in the crowd.

In syncing sealed footage from @Twinity5’s Jan 7, 2021 viral thread, I discovered that undercover officer Ryan Roe thanked #FenceCutterBulwark while removing fencing. “I appreciate it bro,” said Roe, as Twinity5 captured this frame.

Now, speaking of the fence cutter, it undeniably made “storming the Capitol” much easier. But here’s the real puzzle: Why hasn’t the law caught up with him yet? A user named “Zudotoji” he asks himself.

Thread: Some strange things I noticed at yesterday’s protest and things I later found in the background of my photos and videos. All this can be nothing, but I think it is significant enough to have more eyes on them.

1) First, I watched this guy in plainclothes (no MAGA gear like most) go and methodically cut down all the fences and take out their poles himself. Maybe it’s just helpful?

He also shared these pictures.

Free State Will also mentions that there were allegedly numerous undercover police officers stationed on the western front lines.

There was also a team of undercover officers positioned above the western front lines, filming the action below. These officers would go to the Capitol and, at the end of the day, film the curfew arrests. However, the government has not produced everything they recorded. Several new body camera exhibits in my presentation show these agents.

A major issue for defendants as of Jan. 6 is that all video footage involving undercover law enforcement officers is now classified as “sensitive.” You can see how difficult it becomes to mount a strong defense when access to potentially “game-changing” video evidence is restricted.

Undercover police also filmed curfew arrests outside hotels on the night of January 6. The government has designated all videos recorded by undercover officers as “sensitive” to prevent public release, but body camera footage showing the same arrest scene is not considered sensitive.

This is where Free State Will’s motion regarding the “missing” body cam footage becomes relevant.

My motion raises several questions about the body camera footage, including whether the footage was altered to remove inconvenient evidence. A recording of Neil McAllister strangely went blank (twice) as he beat the protesters. This exhibit shows him throwing punches even after a man tells him he’s down and can’t fight back anymore. McAllister’s body camera allegedly went off for 20 seconds when those punches were thrown.

Free State Will claims the missing body camera footage is also linked to the assault on Victoria White.

The second break in McAllister’s footage occurred in the tunnel as he and Lieutenant Bagshaw were headbutting the defenseless Victoria White. For both gaps, McAllister’s camera did not make a sound (as is normal) when recording resumed less than a minute later.
