GOP Rep's Border-Themed Christmas Decor Sparks Grinchy Democrats: 'Insensitive, Loaded and Insulting'

Leftists are traditionally in a foul mood during the Christmas season, but a festive border-themed holiday display outside a GOP lawmaker's Capitol Hill office added another log to their bonfire of Yuletide animosity .

A number of Democratic staffers wriggled their underwear over the decorations presented by staff members for Rep. Eli Crane (R-Ariz.), who represents Arizona's 2nd Congressional District, near the front line of the illegal immigration crisis in the United States, so it's only natural that he and his staff would pick and choose the messages they put out.

A thin-skinned staffer, Jason Tufele Carl Johnson, who works for Crane's running mate, Rep. Raul Grijalva (D-Ariz.), took exception to the cheerful elf figures next to signs that read ” BORDER PATROL ELVES ONLY” and “HAVE DOCUMENTS”. READY,” who uploaded images to X to the indignant groan of the perpetually joyless.

“Normally, Longworth's second-floor Christmas decorations are a bipartisan, friendly contest,” the staff wrote. “Rep. Eli Crane's office has the most insensitive, loaded, and insulting Christmas decorations I've ever seen in my 5 years on Capitol Hill.”

“It's been 8 years for me. I've never seen a GOP office on the 2nd floor doing that,” squealed Andrew Heineman, who works as a staffer for Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-NY), the former head of the Judiciary Committee of the House of Commons who has a bad habit of falling asleep. off during the hearings.

Another crybaby, Rep. Don Beyer (D-Va.) Aaron Fritschner, invoked the Holy Bible, a book normally avoided by leftists like sunlight by vampires.

“In addition to being stupid and in poor taste, Eli Crane and his staff display a stunning ignorance of the history of the nativity scene. They should read Matthew chapter 2 to remind themselves what Christmas is all about,” he wrote to X.

Rep. Crane responded to complaints about the decorations during an appearance Friday on Fox Business.

“I just want to thank my staff for doing such a great job with the decorations,” Crane said. “In short, I wish the Democrats and their staff would be as engaged with all the families and Americans who have their lives and families destroyed by fentanyl, MS-13 gang members crossing this southern border and you know the 1.7 million on the run 250 people on the terror watch list you can go on and on but what are they worried about?

“What sets boys off is the Christmas decorations,” he said. “I'm very proud to be for border security, for the wall and that shows how backwards this city is and it's not a city made up of representatives that truly represent the people of this country and their security.”

It's worth noting that the outraged mob didn't seem to have a problem with Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.) and her proud display of a Palestinian flag outside her office in a show of support for the terrorist organization Hamas who massacred a thousand Israelis in civilian areas, using primitive savagery to rape, kill and torture his victims in their homes.

Lefties will be sourer than spoiled dumplings for the next few weeks with the wails reaching a deafening pitch when Father Christmas pays the good boys and girls a visit that doesn't include them.
