A family who took their 3-month-old son to an emergency room in Waltham, Massachusetts last year on the advice of their pediatrician because the baby had a 103-degree fever is now suing police and social workers for Waltham who came to her home unannounced at 1 a.m. and forced their way into her home to remove both her 3-month-old baby and her 3-year-old brother, without a warrant, simply because an x-ray of the baby a couple of days before. showed a healed fractured rib in the baby.
That was all it took for the local authorities to medically abduct their children, forcing their way into the family home in the middle of the night and terrorizing the young children by abducting them and taking them away from their parents.
The parents were eventually cleared of all charges and their children returned to them, but now the parents are suing to try to prevent this from happening to other families.
This story has received national media attention, and the Pacific Legal Foundation has taken up his case and filed a federal lawsuit.
Alarmed by her three-month-old son’s 103-degree temperature and at the behest of the family’s pediatrician, graduate student Sarah Perkins took baby Cal to the hospital emergency room a few miles from her home in Waltham, Massachusetts. Sarah’s husband, Josh Sabey, a documentary filmmaker, stayed home with the couple’s son, Clarence.
Doctors at the hospital ordered an X-ray to check if the sick baby had pneumonia. To Sarah’s surprise, the scan revealed a roughly two-week-old healed fracture in one of Cal’s ribs. That’s when a new nightmare began.
Hospital staff notified the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families (DCF), which immediately opened a child abuse investigation. A social worker aggressively questioned Sarah, who had no idea how her son’s injury happened. After Sarah called home, Josh took Clarence to the hospital and they too faced questions from DCF.
Finally, after Sarah and Cal spent the night in the hospital, the family was able to return home. Although they would have to check in with DCF in a couple of days, the couple believed the stressful episode was largely behind them.
But the next night around 1 a.m., DCF workers knocked on the family’s door. They were accompanied by Waltham police officers. Even though they had no warrant or court order of any kind, DCF had decided to remove the children from the home. Sarah and Josh protested, but when the police threatened to break down the door, the couple dragged their children out of bed. Baby Cal was still nursing, so Sarah took the stored breast milk out of the fridge for DCF to take. The couple tried to keep three-year-old Clarence calm by telling him he was going on an adventure; but the boy, desperate to stay with his parents, soon began to scream. Undeterred, DCF took the two children away at night and placed them with a foster mother. (Source.)

Unfortunately, this is a common story in the US and not at all uncommon. We’ve covered dozens of these stories over the past few years.
Another story that received national media attention in 2019 happened in Arizona, where a SWAT-like military operation with Arizona State Police broke down a family’s door at 1 a.m. because the parents didn’t they took one of their children who had a fever to an emergency room. at the request of a doctor.
The boy was reportedly fast asleep and only running a 100-degree fever when police and social workers arrived in the early morning. The family’s security camera captured the attack, which is why the story went viral and received national attention.
In our investigation of the story, we determined that the family may have been targeted by the medical mafia because they chose not to vaccinate their children. I will see:

As we’ve reported over the years, taking your child to an emergency room is one of the most dangerous things a parent can do these days, as there’s a huge industry dedicated to “child medical abuse” and “child abuse pediatricians” along with their “child abuse” teams who can only be funded and their salaries justified to find “child abuse” in pediatric patients brought to the hospital.
Unsuspecting parents take their child to the emergency room and often end up taking x-rays of their child, and based on one x-ray alone, these “child abuse” pediatric doctors will order a child confiscated from them their parents, even before one can conduct an investigation.
It is a horrific violation of constitutional rights, as even terrorists, rapists, murderers, etc. they have due process of law in the criminal justice system, but parents do not have the same rights in Family Court.
After a doctor suggests “child abuse,” children are often torn from their parents without charge, and then have to prove their innocence, which can take months or even years, to get their children back.

In 2015, North Carolina mother Marty Peele contacted us after she was arrested for “child abuse” because her baby’s X-rays showed broken ribs that were then healed. Local media published stories about her and portrayed her as a criminal and abusive mother.

There are many reasons why young children can have brittle bones that cause them to break easily, often without their parents noticing, and only found later through X-rays.
We have found that one of the most common factors for brittle bones in children is “vaccine-induced scurvy.”
What a sad state of affairs that in America today, young, unsuspecting parents put so much trust in doctors, and when they trust what they say about childhood vaccines, they can’t just have an injured and crippled child. the rest of their lives, but parents will often be blamed for vaccine-induced injuries and end up medically kidnapping their children.
