Much like Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, Jerry Nadler, Dianne Feinstein, and Maxine Waters, Mitch McConnell is no longer able to fulfill his job duties and should step down. Today, he demonstrated to the world that he is in even worse shape than Joe Biden, who is so out of touch that he recently announced to the world that he “cured cancer.” At this point, Mitch is actually sicker-looking than Joe, which is really scary.

Here’s another angle. Clearly, you can see Mitch is in no shape to be leading anything.

Sadly, the lights are on, but nobody’s home, and it brings us no pleasure to say that. We hate to see anybody suffer, but Congress isn’t a nursing home, despite its appearance, and it’s evident that this man can no longer perform his duties. As you probably know, Mitch was discharged from a nursing/rehab care facility and, surprisingly, returned to work when he probably should have retired and stayed home. Mitch had a serious fall at a DC hotel during dinner and was promptly rushed to the hospital, where he remained for an extended period. He eventually returned to the Senate in April and it’s been down hill ever since.

AP:

Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell is back at work in the U.S. Capitol on Monday, almost six weeks after a fall at a Washington-area hotel and extended treatment for a concussion.

The longtime Kentucky senator, 81, has been recovering at home since he was released from a rehabilitation facility March 25. He fell after attending an event earlier that month, injuring his head and fracturing a rib.

While it’s disheartening to witness, we cannot be a society that allows people who fall short of the minimum required standards to hold some of the highest and most influential positions on the planet. It raises the question: if they are unable to carry out their duties, who is actually doing the work for them? It’s time for Mitch to step down and receive the care he needs. Moreover, when he departs, he should take Joe, Nancy, Maxine, Jerry, Dianne, and several others along with him.
