Steve Bannon anchored the Tuesday evening WarRoom Program on Real America’s Voice and WarRoom Battleground on Frank Speech, both produced by Real America’s Voice.

Here is your evening SITREP:

The Cold Open included footage from the US Supreme Court, with Justice Gorsuch talking about the details of the Jan. 6th Obstruction case in front of them.

“This trial is a massive criminal conspiracy to deny the American people their right to vote,” Bannon said in a discussion with Revolver’s Darren Beattie.

Highlights:

Steve Bannon discussed the “Kill the Bill” action and what audience members should look for.  He spoke to Darren Beattie about Ashley Biden’s diary and he talked to Dave Bratt about Brat’s extensive study into government funding. He talked about J6 with Mike Davis and Julie Kelly.

Bannon updated about the Trump trial by talking to Laura Loomer.

Julie Kelly discussed the US Supreme Court hearing on Jan. 6th, 2021.

Mike Davis reported live from the courthouse in NYC and collaborated with Kelly about the J6 SCOTUS hearing and how a SCOTUS ruling may impact all the J6 defendants and President Trump.

Laura Loomer reported live from New York City and talked about interviewing a group of illegal alien Muslims in New York who were gathering together to demand work permits.

US Rep. Bob Good updated Bannon about the Kill the Rule action, saying action should pause for a while, and  talked about his group’s targeting of Speaker Mike Johnson to keep his commitments to them.

Mike Lindell updated the US Supreme Court situation with his phone, saying that what happened to him is being described as Lawfare.

Darren Beattie talked about the degradation of the rule of law with the Trump trial, reminding the audience about the irony that there is a slush fund to help Congress pay off parties for sexual cases from taxpayer money, saying the trial is straight-up election interference, by the Biden campaign.

Dave Bratt talked about economics and government spending and Bannon spoke more about the “Kill the Rule” action.

Mike Davis And Julie Kelly Discuss The J6 Case Happening In The Supreme Court

The conversation between Julie Kelly, Mike Davis, and Steve Bannon delves into the misuse of legal statutes, particularly 1512 C two, by the Department of Justice (DOJ) in prosecuting individuals involved in the January 6th events at the U.S. Capitol. Julie Kelly talked about her concerns about how the DOJ has weaponized the statute, originally designed post-Enron, to target protesters, particularly those aligned with Donald Trump. Kelly highlights the skepticism some Supreme Court justices expressed during oral arguments regarding misinterpreting the statute’s language.

Davis also talked about the misuse of the statute is linked to broader concerns about judicial misconduct, with particular attention to judges in the DC circuit who have upheld the DOJ’s approach.

The conversation touches upon potential political motivations behind the prosecutions and suggests collusion between judges, DOJ officials, and other political actors. Davis calls for a robust response from the Supreme Court to reverse convictions and clarify the statute’s intended use, emphasizing the need to prevent further politicization of the justice system.

Additionally, all three advocate for consequences for those involved in the perceived misuse of legal authority.

Laura Loomer Discusses The Illegal Invaders At NYC City Hall Today

In this discussion, Laura Loomer, who lives in New York City, and Steve Bannon express their concerns about immigration and the impact of illegal immigration on American society. Loomer, who walked two blocks from the courthouse where the Trump trial is unfolding, talked about a group of 1000 African Islamic invaders who are demanding work permits, food, and money from the city.

Loomer said she interviewed some of the people at the gathering, and they told her they came to the US through Mexico.  Loomer criticizes the open borders crowd and the pro-Palestinian movement, claiming that these groups are contributing to a disregard for law and order.

Loomer and Bannon also discuss Donald Trump’s trial and the bias in the jury selection process, suggesting that the judge’s personal and familial connections to the Biden campaign make it impossible for Trump to receive a fair trial.

Loomer told Bannon that she believes that based on some public reaction to the crown in the courthouse, this persecution of Trump is making him more relatable to the public.

Rep. Bob Good: “Let’s Jam The Senate”

The discussion revolves around Congress’s challenges, particularly regarding fiscal responsibility and national security issues like aid to Israel and Ukraine.

Congressman Bob Good expresses concerns about the current trajectory and advocates for separating and prioritizing aid to Israel, ensuring any assistance to Ukraine is fiscally responsible and tied to tangible border security measures.

The conversation also touches on the need for effective leadership and the importance of taking decisive action rather than merely paying lip service to issues.

Both Good and Bannon feel a sense of urgency and frustration with the current approach, which emphasizes the need for substantive solutions and meaningful progress.

Mike Lindell discusses legal proceedings regarding the FBI’s confiscation of his phone, highlighting his intention to challenge the seizure in court.

He expresses frustration with the process, describing it as lawfare against him.

Lindell also promotes a special offer on MyPillow products for War Room listeners, emphasizing the exclusive discount with the promo code “warroom” and free shipping.

He encourages support for American-made products and thanks his audience for their support.

Darren Beattie: “It Is A Sham Affirmative Action Attempt To Indict Trump”

Darren Beattie from Revolver News discusses the legal proceedings against President Trump, labeling them as a sham and a form of election interference by the Biden administration.

He criticizes the indictment process and highlights the dysfunctional nature of the legal system.

Beattie also addresses the authenticity of Ashley Biden’s diary, emphasizing its shocking content and the potential implications for the Biden family.

Additionally, he warns against implementing speech codes on college campuses, arguing that they could be used to suppress conservative speech

Dave Brat: “This Is Gonna Make It Real Hard For The Treasury To Sell Their Bonds”

The discussion revolves around the REPO Act situation and the efforts to diminish Trump’s negotiating power with Putin regarding sanctions and frozen Russian assets.

There’s concern about a war on the US dollar by elites and how BRICS nations are buying gold while the US focuses on a central bank digital currency.

Dave Brat’s insights are highlighted, indicating turbulence ahead, particularly with another $2 trillion from the Federal Reserve.

The Federal Reserve’s difficulty in selling Treasury securities due to massive deficits is emphasized, supported by a chart from Larry Summers showing inflation rates double what’s reported and on track to increase significantly. This sets the stage for potential economic challenges ahead.

This newsletter is to implement the work of WarRoom guests. Remember, “Action, Action, Action,” as Steve Bannon reminds us.

“I drew for Rush Limbaugh for 20 years, his monthly Limbaugh Letter covers and illustrated his Rush Revere books as well. After he died, I was gutted tbh and decided to return to drawing basics. I have evolved into an old-school pencil portrait artist, and I have 2 books are in the works now, and I feel in a pretty good groove again ,” Hiers said, adding this about the Bannon piece specifically:

“This particular work [Bannon as John Paul Jones] was rooted in a show of support for the “Honey Badger” SKB after he was leaving the courtroom last Sept and he quoted John Paul Jones. “I have not yet…” I thought it would make an interesting piece.”

Now it’s your turn Posse.. go do some action and be a part of your own nation’s history.
