Two female tourists pushed on subway tracks in Manhattan [VIDEO]

Two female tourists from Mexico were pushed onto the Delancey Street/Essex Street Station train tracks early Monday morning.

The NYPD and sources confirmed the incident happened just after 2:15 a.m. on the northbound F platform.

The victims, aged 20 and 27, were pulled from the tracks by a bystander's quick thinking.

NYPD officers present at the station immediately arrested the female author and she was taken into custody.

The women were rushed to Bellevue Hospital, where they were treated for minor injuries.

The Mexican tourists were on vacation at the time of the attack, according to law enforcement sources.

The investigation into the unprovoked attack is ongoing, and authorities have not released any information about the suspect or a motive for the attack.
