Tucker Carlson rposted his first video since being fired by Fox News.
The former prime-time host did not directly address the circumstances of his firing or what he plans to do next, but appeared to indirectly thank his viewers for their support and pledged to continue his message in a other place

“One of the first things you realize when you get out of the noise for a few days is how many genuinely nice people there are in this country: kind, decent people, people who really care about what’s true, and lots of fun people. Lots of of these. It must be the majority of the population, even now. So that’s encouraging,” he began.
“The other thing you notice when you take some time off is how incredibly stupid most of the debates you see on TV are,” he continued. “They’re completely irrelevant. They don’t mean anything. Five years from now, we won’t even remember we have them.”
He continued to bemoan the state of the country and took a subtle dig at his former employer. He also indicated what topics he might cover next.
“But at the same time, and this is the amazing thing, the undeniably big issues, the ones that will define our future, are virtually not discussed at all: war, civil liberties, emerging science, demographic change, corporate power, natural resources. What when was the last time you heard a legitimate debate on any of these issues? It’s been a long time,” Carlson said.
“Debates like this are not allowed in the American media. Both the political parties and their donors have reached a consensus about what benefits them, and they actively collude to shut down any conversation about it. Suddenly, America is ‘it looks a lot like a … party state,’ he said.
“Our current orthodoxies will not last; they are brain dead. No one really believes in them. Almost no one’s life is improved by them. This moment is inherently ridiculous to continue. And it won’t be. Those in charge know it. ; that’s why they are hysterical and aggressive. They are afraid. They have given up on persuasion that they resort to force, but it will not work,” he added in a defiant message.
He then alluded to his own situation, arguing that the truth would always prevail, so his message would prevail.
“When honest people speak the truth calmly and unabashedly, they become powerful,” Carlson added. “At the same time, the liars who have tried to silence them shrink, weaken. This is the iron law of the universe. Real things prevail. Where can you still find Americans saying real things? There is no many places. it remains, but there is, and it is enough. As long as you listen to the words, there is hope.”
The former Fox News host then gave his best hint yet that he would be returning to commentary soon.
“See you soon,” he said.
While he didn’t directly say any of his plans or intentions, Carlson seemed to drop some hints about his next moves. His mention of topics that “really matter” but aren’t talked about indicates that he’ll be looking for content that addresses them, perhaps recalling his old “Tucker Carlson Originals,” which are still advertised on his website.

Another key quote was his stipulation that “there aren’t many places left” that tell the truth, “but there are, and they are enough.” This seems to indicate that it will not form its own media platform, which some speculated, but may join an existing platform.
Carlson was seen in public on Wednesday for the first time since his ouster on Monday, looking unfazed as he rode in a golf cart with his wife.
