Well, folks, the latest poll numbers are in and it looks like former President Donald Trump is still the clear frontrunner among Republican voters. According to a recent Quinnipiac University poll, Trump holds a commanding 3-to-1 lead over Florida Governor Ron DeSantis in a hypothetical 2024 primary matchup. You heard it here first, folks, the Trump train is still going strong!
Now, I know there are some folks out there who have been skeptical of Trump’s ability to maintain his popularity among conservatives after leaving office, but these poll numbers prove that he still has a firm grip on the hearts and minds of Republican voters. DeSantis may be a rising star in the party, but he simply can’t match the MAGA aura of the one and only Donald J. Trump.
Let’s take a moment to reflect on all the incredible accomplishments of the Trump White House administration. Under his leadership, we saw record-low unemployment rates, the growth of our economy, the tax cuts and jobs act, and international peace agreements that many thought were impossible.
Additionally, Trump appointed three Supreme Court justices who will uphold conservative values for generations to come, and he stood up to China, Iran, and other global foes to defend our country’s interests.
Say what you will about Trump’s unorthodox approach to politics, but there’s no denying that he got things done. So, as we look towards the future of the Republican Party, it’s clear that Trump is still the standard-bearer for conservative values. Keep America Great!
