(Arizona) – After an evidentiary hearing last week, an Arizona judge has ruled against Simone Gold in her effort to convince the Court to declare her a member of the Board of Directors of America’s Frontline Doctors.
“The long nightmare for donors, supporters and employees of America’s Frontline Doctors is coming to an end. A judge just ruled this morning that Simone Gold is not a member of the board of directors of this organization and confirmed that Joey Gilbert , Pastor Jurgen and Sheriff Mack are the legitimate board of directors. The judge further stated that the legitimate board can terminate Gold’s ’employment’.” – said Kevin Jenkins, Chairman of the Oversight Committee of Frontline Physicians of the United States.
The Oversight Committee will continue its ongoing audit of the organization and expects to issue recommendations in the coming weeks.
