Presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has repeatedly sought protection from the federal government’s Secret Service due to persistent threats to his safety, but his requests have been denied.
Unfortunately, on Saturday night in Los Angeles, his campaign’s worries became reality when an armed individual posing as a federal marshal showed up at a campaign event.
The man has now been identified as 44-year-old Adrian Paul Aispuro.

The man is reportedly being held in Los Angeles on $35,000 bond on a felony charge of carrying a concealed weapon.
Around 4:30 p.m., police were alerted to a disturbance at the Wilshire Ebell Theater. According to Breitbart reports, police indicated that “a man was outside the scene wearing ‘a lapel badge, a handgun and a shoulder holster, and claimed to be a US Marshal.’ .
Despite his claims to be part of the event staff, no one on staff could confirm his identity. A note, shared with Breitbart by an officer at the scene and addressed to the campaign, read: “Man posing as a federal agent with a gun and ammunition exposed. Claimed to be employed for the event, but he was not recognized by security.”
Video footage captured the moment the man was handcuffed and taken away by Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) officers.
“I am very grateful that the quick-acting and alert bodyguards of Gavin de Becker and Associates (GDBA) detected and apprehended an armed man who attempted to approach me during my Hispanic Heritage speech at the Wilshire Ebell Theater in Los Angeles tonight,” Kennedy said. he said in a statement. “The man, wearing two shoulder holsters with loaded handguns and spare ammunition, was wearing a US Marshal badge on a lanyard and a federal belt clip ID. He identified himself as a member of my security. Armed members of the GDBA team moved quickly to isolate and detain the man until LAPD arrived to make the arrest. I am also grateful to the LAPD for their quick response.”

“I’m still hopeful that President Biden will allow me Secret Service protection,” he continued. “I am the first presidential candidate in history to be denied a protection request by the White House.”
