senator Dianne Feinstein was in the hospital, TMZ has learned, after tripping and falling in his hometown of San Francisco on Tuesday.
We don’t know the severity of her injuries… just that she was taken to a nearby hospital. We said he came home Tuesday night.
The 90-year-old senator has struggled with health problems for the past year. He was absent from the Senate for almost 3 months earlier this year dealing with shingles, Ramsay Hunt syndrome and encephalitis.

There have been quiet talks among Democrats and louder talks among Republicans for her to resign.
