RICO Lawsuit Against Big Tech – Steve Bannon’s War Room: Pandemic

Steve Bannon, a former adviser to President Donald Trump, is leading a new effort to hold Big Tech companies accountable for their actions. Bannon’s War Room: Pandemic is launching a series of lawsuits against Big Tech companies, including Google, Facebook, Twitter, and Apple, alleging violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO).

The RICO Act, which was originally passed in 1970, was designed to combat organized crime by allowing prosecutors to pursue civil and criminal charges against individuals and organizations involved in a pattern of criminal activity. According to Bannon’s War Room, Big Tech companies are engaging in a pattern of behavior that violates RICO, including conspiracy to suppress conservative voices, censorship of political speech, and the monopolization of the digital market.

Bannon’s War Room has already filed a lawsuit against Google, alleging that the company is engaging in anti-competitive practices that are in violation of the Sherman Antitrust Act. The lawsuit claims that Google has used its market power to suppress competition and stifle innovation. The lawsuit also alleges that Google has used its market dominance to censor political speech and manipulate search engine results.

The War Room is also preparing to file lawsuits against the other Big Tech companies, alleging similar violations of RICO. The lawsuits will seek to hold the companies accountable for their actions and to prevent them from engaging in similar behavior in the future.

If successful, the lawsuits could have a major impact on the way Big Tech companies operate. The lawsuits could force the companies to change their practices and to be more transparent about their activities. It could also open the door to more robust regulation of the tech industry, which many advocates believe is needed to protect consumers and promote competition.

At the same time, the lawsuits could also be seen as a political move by Bannon, who is a vocal critic of the Big Tech companies. Regardless of the outcome, it is clear that the legal battle between the Big Tech companies and Bannon’s War Room has just begun.
