NFL players’ charity golf tournament at Trump-owned course BACK ON after bullies force cancellation

In a positive update to what was a very disappointing story about successful leftist bullying, an NFL star who was forced to cancel his charity golf tournament at one of the club’s ‘former President Donald J. Trump after the teams and a “big sponsor” pulled out, announced that the event is back on.

Buffalo Bills safety Jordan Poyer appeared on Friday’s edition of Fox News’ “America Reports” where he broke the good news that the tournament will be played as scheduled on July 10 at Trump National Doral Miami, where players will play the Blue Monster, one of the resort’s most popular courses.

After explaining the disappointment of having people with political agendas and a pathological hatred of Trump that far outweighs their concern for their fellow man ruining the tournament, Poyer said the event was going ahead as scheduled, mud in the eyes for the haters. .

“Well, the great news is that the tournament will take place. We had, like I said, the biggest support in the whole country, we had a sponsor, Public Square, based here in Florida, they’re going to sponsor the whole tournament,” he said.

“And the tournament is July 10th at the exact same place, at Trump National, at the Blue Monster, my favorite place to play other than Coral Ridge Country Club, it’s going to be an amazing time,” Poyer continued. “The fans will be out there. I’ve already got a big list of players coming out, some influencers, and it’s going to be a good time.”

“The Jordan Poyer Celebrity Open has resumed and is scheduled to take place on July 10 at the Blue Monster course,” said a statement from Avalon Sports Group, which represents the Pro Bowl running back.

The Buffalo News reported: “Avalon’s statement announced that the tournament’s presenting sponsor will be PublicSq, a business promotion platform whose website describes itself as ‘pro-life, pro-family, pro-liberty This aligns with Poyer’s views, which he expressed in his interview with the Buffalo News while noting, “I’m trying to leave the sides.” Let’s talk about you and me. Let’s talk about us. Let’s get together- us, regardless of which side you’re on’”.

It was an unexpected turn of events following his downtrodden message from last weekend posted by the player in an Instagram video last weekend announcing that the tournament was off.

“I was really excited for this tournament,” said Poyer, who lives in Miami during the offseason. “Unfortunately, there have been numerous teams up north that have pulled out of the tournament, not only the tournament, but they also wrote emails to a big sponsor that was going to help sponsor my tournament, and this company now. It’s It’s a shame they’ve pulled out and decided they don’t want to play in my tournament, which they played in last year, because of where it’s at, Trump National in Doral.”

“Unfortunately, we were saddened by the negative comments from some people to turn this into a political battle and continue to divide our community,” Avalon Sports said in a statement after the event was canceled due to the pressure from the left. “We condemn any form of violence and stand with Jordan as he continues to work to make a positive impact and be a role model for our community.”
