“Application Programming Interface” – These were originally intended for developers of third-party applications, websites, etc. to extract information from Twitter or post to Twitter.
Then bots appeared and were used to abuse the API for company advertising, hacking attacks, trolling and finally worst of all >> governments / globalists partnered with Twitter itself , using AI to manipulate and censor public opinion. Elon started charging for API usage (turning off the free abuse faucet) so now if these jerks want to abuse it, they can pay their company they hate a bunch of money.
This is how the “dead internet theory” came about. The theory suggests that the internet died in 2016 because it became so toxic that most people stopped using it and social media companies started using bots to spoof user numbers to attract advertisers. He says that most of the mainstream internet consists of AI chatbots, which is how this psychotic narrative and cultural shift became so prominent after 2016, brainwashing the entire first world through a false/fabricated narrative.
Almost all the “support current, hate Trump, hate white men, hate America” accounts have probably never been real people and are so unrelenting because of it. There are a few far-left verified accounts that tweet a key phrase given to them and then all the bots follow that wording with replies, retweets, etc. They do the opposite of conservative accounts, where they post non stop mocking with shitty memes that don’t make sense with MTG’s account and Trumps etc.
This isn’t just Twitter. That’s Facebook and especially Reddit these days. Most don’t realize that they were probably having arguments and upvote wars with AI chatbots for the past 7 years while they had their own account banned for wrong thinking. So here we are today, a massive Psyop changed the way our society thinks and behaves.
