The initial analysis of Luft and his claims he maintains that Luft’s counter-attack charge is another notable and clear indicator of an armed DOJ piloted by AG Merrick Garland.
Garland’s prerogative has three facets that are very clear: 1-preserve what was taken with a fraudulent “pandemic” and the subsequent stolen 2020 election, 2-remove the political opposition of the Biden administration [see my series THE HUNT IS ON]and 3-get involved in institutional preservation to protect the Executive at all costs.

US attorney announces charges against think tank co-director for acting as unregistered foreign agent, arms trafficking, violating US sanctions against Iran and making false statements to federal agents
Gal Luft, a dual US-Israeli citizen, allegedly evaded FARA registration while working to advance China’s interests in the United States and attempted to negotiate illicit sales of Chinese-made weapons and Iranian oil to the china
Damian Williams, United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, Matthew G. Olsen, Assistant Attorney General for Homeland Security, and Christie M. Curtis, Acting Deputy Director in Charge of the New York Field Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”) today announced the unsealing of an eight-count indictment charging GAL LUFT with crimes related to willful failure to register under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (“FARA “), arms trafficking, violations of Iranian sanctions, and making false statements to federal agents. LUFT, a dual citizen of the United States and Israel, was indicted on November 1, 2022 and arrested on February 17, 2023 in the Republic of Cyprus based on the charges in the indictment. LUFT subsequently fled after being released on bail pending extradition proceedings and remains a fugitive.
US Attorney Damian Williams said: “As alleged, Gal Luft, a dual US-Israeli citizen and co-head of a Maryland think tank, engaged in multiple and serious criminal schemes. Subverted U.S. foreign agent registration laws to try to promote Chinese policies by acting through a former high-ranking U.S. government official; acted as a middleman in dangerous arms and oil deals Iranian; and told law enforcement multiple lies about his crimes. As the charges unsealed today reflect, our office will continue to work vigorously with our law enforcement partners to identify and hold accountable those who attempt to surreptitiously commit malign campaigns of foreign influence here in the United States.”
Acting Deputy FBI Director Christie M. Curtis said: “As alleged, the defendant engaged in multiple schemes to evade sanctions and laws designed to protect our national security. The FBI is determined to defend our nation by enforcing laws designed to promote transparency of foreign influence in the United States.”
