The shocking incident unfolded Saturday night in Brooklyn as the New York City borough held an event in Park Slope to celebrate the beginning of Pride Month.

But the Pride festivities took a surprising turn when a man, since identified as an investment banker Jonathan Kayehit a woman in the face and knocked her to the ground.

“This man punched me in the face today and broke my nose and broke my friend's arm, can anyone find him?” the victim posted next to a video of the cruel attack.

Several onlookers could also be heard yelling “a——” at Kaye in the short ten-second clip and telling the “horrible” millionaire Brooklynite to “fuck off”.

In accordance with daily mailKaye, 52, lives in a $4 million, four-bedroom townhouse in Park Slope, near where the attack occurred Saturday night.

The shocking incident unfolded Saturday night in Brooklyn as the New York City borough held an event in Park Slope to celebrate the start of Pride Month.

It was also revealed that Kaye works as a managing director at Moelis & Company, a popular investment bank and business services franchise located in busy Midtown Manhattan.

A spokesperson for Moelis & Company has since confirmed that Kaye was the assailant featured in the shocking video over the weekend.

The spokesperson also confirmed that an investigation is underway in connection with the incident in Park Slope during Brooklyn Pride on Saturday night.

“We have become aware that one of our employees was involved in a serious incident in Brooklyn on June 8,” the investment bank's representative said in a statement Monday morning.

A spokesperson for Moelis & Company has since confirmed that Jonathan Kaye was the assailant in the shocking video over the weekend.

“We take this matter very seriously and are conducting an investigation,” added the Moelis & Company representative.

It is not yet clear whether the NYPD has launched its own investigation into Saturday night's shocking attack involving Kaye and the unidentified woman.

It's also unclear what led Kaye to punch the woman in the face in Park Slope over the weekend.

According to the short video of the incident, Kaye was seen with what appeared to be a wet stain on the back of her blazer face.

“She threw s— all over me,” the assailant was heard to say shortly after the attack took place.

Social media users eventually discovered that Kaye worked as a managing director at Moelis & Company.

One user posted a photo of Kaye from Saturday night's attack alongside a screenshot of her Moelis & Company bio page.

“Jonathan Kaye is CEO of Moelis & Company, where he leads the global business services franchise,” read the attacker's bio page. “Under his leadership, this franchise has become a recognized global leader that has advised on more than 100 transactions across the industry.”

“Jonathan is a graduate of Tufts University and graduated cum laude from Duke University School of Law,” he continued. “He also attended the Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy where he studied International Affairs and Security.”
