These financial transactions have long been a point of contention, raising concerns about potential conflicts of interest given the close relationship between the Biden crime family and the oligarchs involved. Critics argue that these deals pose national security risks or result in undue foreign influence on US politics.

The records were revealed as part of a broader investigation led by House Republicans into Hunter Biden’s international business ventures, particularly during the time his father served as vice president under the Obama administration. Although the Bidens have consistently denied any wrongdoing, these revelations are likely to reignite debates about the potential entanglement of private business and public service in the Biden family.

Several top Republicans have called for a more thorough investigation into the matter to ensure transparency and address any potential security concerns.

While the bank records are illuminating, it remains to be seen how they will influence ongoing discussions and possible future investigations into the international money laundering and bribery schemes of the Biden crime family.

COMPLETE PRESS RELEASE:

WASHINGTON — House Oversight and Accountability Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) today released a third bank records memorandum detailing new information obtained in the Committee’s investigation into money laundering schemes influences from the Biden family. The memo describes how the Bidens and their business partners received millions from oligarchs in Russia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine during Joe Biden’s vice presidency. After Hunter Biden received millions of dollars in payments, then-Vice President Joe Biden dined with his son’s foreign associates in Washington, D.C. Devon Archer, Hunter Biden’s former business partner, recently testified that then-Vice President Joe Biden was “the brand” sold. to enrich the Biden family and was used to send “signals” of access, power and influence.

“During Joe Biden’s vice presidency, Hunter Biden sold it as ‘the brand’ to collect millions from oligarchs in Kazakhstan, Russia and Ukraine. It appears that no real services were provided other than access to the Biden network, including Joe Biden himself. And Hunter Biden appears to have done so. This is clear from the meals at Café Milano, where then-Vice President Joe Biden dined with oligarchs from around the world who had sent money to his son.” said President Comer. “It is clear that Joe Biden knew about his son’s business dealings and allowed himself to sell ‘the brand’ to enrich the Biden family while he was Vice President of the United States. The House Oversight Committee will continue to follow the money trail and obtain witnesses to determine whether foreign actors targeted the Bidens, President Biden is compromised or corrupt, and our national security is threatened.”

Below is a summary of the third bank records document. The entire memorandum can be found here here.

  • In the spring of 2014, a Ukrainian oligarch placed Archer and Biden on Burisma’s board of directors and agreed to pay them $1 million each year: Burisma Holdings (Burisma) corporate secretary Vadym Pozharsky worked on behalf of Ukrainian oligarch and Burisma owner Mykola Zlochevsky. Hunter Biden was initially hired by Burisma to work as the company’s attorney, and Pozharsky and Zlochevsky met with Hunter Biden at a conference in Lake Como in Italy where they decided Hunter Biden would serve on the board with Devon Archer. Then-Vice President Joe Biden visited Ukraine shortly after his first payments. Burisma’s payments to both Devon Archer and Hunter Biden were connected to Rosemont Seneca Bohai.
