Before Donald Trump and 18 others were indicted by a Fulton County grand jury last night, charges against Trump and his co-defendants leaked online, only to then disappear. The prosecutor’s office said the document, which was leaked before the grand jury had voted, was “fictitious.”
However, when the charges were handed down soon after, they were eerily identical to what was set out in the allegedly fictitious leaked document.
One interesting tidbit: The document listing charges against Trump in Fulton County that was apparently leaked/erroneously released earlier today was called “fictitious” in a statement issued later.

This defies all logic, and DA Fani Willis confronted it during a press conference about the charges. Journalist asked Bryan Llenas “Earlier today, there was a fictitious document, according to the Fulton County Clerk’s office, that was circulated online with allegations against former President Donald Trump. This fictitious document exactly matches the charges we see now in this indictment. Can you tell us more about this leak of documents? Because now you have the former president’s lawyers saying this is emblematic of a serious problem with your office.”
She replied, scornfully; “No, I can’t tell you anything you’re referring to. What I can tell you is that we had a grand jury here in Fulton County. They deliberated until almost 08:00, if not just after 08:00, and the indictment was returned. It was true billed, and now you have an accusation. I am not an expert in secretarial tasks or even in administrative tasks. I wouldn’t know how to work this system. And so I won’t speculate. next question
And as if any more proof was needed of how rigged this whole thing was, don’t forget that the foreman openly bragged on TV about how cool it would be to cite Trump.
The judge who oversees the case later deleted the foreman after criticism of his media tour.
