An Arlington, VA home erupted in a massive fireball Monday while SWAT was serving a warrant in response to reports that the resident had fired shots and 30-40 flares into the surrounding neighborhood.
The alleged details of the man involved are extremely strange. The incident went viral on social media and so did the reported facts that detectives unearthed.
According to reporter Nick Sortor, the man living in the duplex is believed to be James Yoo. He claims that Yoo is baffled and that the allegations about him are disturbing. The condition of his neighbors was unknown after the explosion.
“Here are the key facts about the guy who appears to have blown up his house: He's a far-left leftist who posts anti-white hate and quotes Noam Chomsky. He accused his neighbors of being spies on social media just three days ago days. He had a previous encounter with the FBI. He filed countless frivolous lawsuits against his own sister and wife. He was the former head of Global Security for the government's 'Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS)' of the US. Yoo was clearly mentally out of control, being committed to a mental institution by his wife and younger sister. That's why he reported them. He believed he was being followed by the US government,” Sotor said. “If he wasn't being watched before, he DEFINITELY ended up on a watch list after he emailed OBSESSIVELY to hundreds of people at the FBI and DOJ, including FBI Director Wray, Robert Mueller, and Atty. American James Kennedy. As a result, the FBI showed up at Yoo's home in 2017.”

Yoo obviously set his sights on suing people. A lot of people.
Yoo spent a BONY amount of time writing lawsuits that ran several hundred pages each, suing everyone from family members, their employers, hospitals, police departments and more.
The suits never gained traction, so he tried to go to the FBI and DOJ to no avail.

The man's paranoia was reportedly growing exponentially. He began accusing his neighbors of being spies just days before his house blew up.
Fast forward to three days ago:
James Yoo's paranoia grew stronger and stronger, and he began PUBLICLY accusing his neighbors, who lived across the street from his duplex, of being literal spies.
He made a series of LinkedIn posts accusing them of this, and even included… pic.twitter.com/QK49EMLvq0

Yoo was known to the FBI before the incident. By all accounts, he sounds schizophrenic and extremely mentally ill.
The explosion in Arlington, Virginia has a very chilling backstory. The man involved, James Woo, was known to the FBI because of his strange and incessant emails to lawyers and members of the US government. He appears to be a far-left follower of Noam Chomsky, but I don't think that was… pic.twitter.com/HFe0PsDKSN

I read a bunch of papers James Yoo had posted and here's my personal analysis: This is a case of extreme mental illness. Examining his letters to US attorneys, former special counsel Robert Mueller, and various attorneys, I kept asking where the “WHY” was. He turns… pic.twitter.com/shnoOnRKvq

There are reports that Yoo opened fire on SWAT when they drove his truck into the house because he didn't respond when he was called for orders. SWAT then reversed course and was going to drive through a front window. That's when the duplex exploded. No officer was seriously injured in the explosion.
Fox News reported on some of his now-deleted LinkedIn posts: “Posts refer to his ex-wife as a 'witch,' and anti-American slogans like '#F—AMERICA' and Noam Chomsky quotes.”
“The profile description claims he is a 'former head of Information and Physical Security at the international telecommunications company,'” the news outlet continued.
“I gave THEM / ALL of them every opportunity to 'do the right thing' and all I see is America's hypocrisy, corruption, fraud, conspiracy…” Yoo's bio stated.
“In one of his most recent posts, dated December 1st, he posted a slide about his neighbor's “activity” and that: “This is how white people operate and they can afford to beat all the other “races” in almost 7 to 1. in “Merica”. In another post from late October, he claimed he was being targeted with “hateful messages” and referenced the murder, Fox News wrote.
The Arlington bombing was caused by a far-left anti-white, who had been institutionalized earlier by his wife, was paranoid that the government was following and spying on him, to name a few specifics.
Most importantly: another insane person with mental health issues was known to the FBI and…

Neighbors described Yoo as a recluse who put aluminum foil on their windows.
There is no word on what charges he will face after the blast.
