There will be a temporary Asylum Crisis Act of up to two years. During this period, the processing of asylum applications will be suspended and the reception of people seeking asylum here will be “severely reduced”.
The Netherlands will ask Brussels to opt out of existing asylum rules, so that the country can establish its own independent migration policy.

People who have installed solar panels at home will no longer receive money for selling the energy to the grid. The rules that require the installation of heat pumps will be discarded.
Four new nuclear power plants will be built and subsidies for electric cars will be removed
An additional €3 billion for defence, bringing the Netherlands above NATO's 2% target.
300 million euros for the police and justice.

.@janspanjaard13 points out a typo in the tweet about “eigen risico”: the excess people pay themselves WILL DECREASE, not increase, so for most people healthcare will get cheaper at the time of delivery (although premiums will also increase)
