America is witnessing its darkest and most terrible days under the unjust, immoral and disorderly reign of the Biden administration. We are watching in horror as Marxist Democrats censure Americans, imprison political dissidents, and arrest former US Presidents who are currently leading the 2024 race. It is amazing how quickly and far we have fallen under this group of radical, anti-American tyrants. Trump has just been impeached for an absurd fourth time, this time in Georgia, where they are now basically saying that Trump’s tweets were “illegal” and that free speech is now organized crime. The two-bit radical Georgia DA from a corrupt urban county sees this as her “chance” to get rid of Trump, and the one-party RINOs are rallying behind her.
This is collusion. Georgia GOP politician refers to Trump RICO indictment as “our” chance to get rid of Trump.

So what options does Trump have as he faces this wave of Deep State attacks? Well, the folks at the National Union for Constitutional Law recently laid out a legal strategy in a memo outlining a theory of presidential immunity. This theory could be applicable to all three impeachments against Trump. The crux of his argument is based on a hypothetical scenario: “Would George Washington have been prosecuted if he had committed similar actions, assuming the relevant laws were in place during his presidency?” If the answer is “no,” then they argue that prosecuting Mr. Trump on those charges would also be inappropriate. This view is rooted in the Bruen and Dobbs decisions, stating that all constitutional provisions must be interpreted based on their original 1787-1789 meaning.
Gavin Mario Wax, the executive director of NCLU, shared the memo on X (Twitter) after the fourth impeachment against President Trump was handed down.
All legal cases against Donald Trump should fail under the principle that a president cannot be held responsible in any way for an action he took while in office unless he is first impeached. @NCLU_ORGThe legal strategy note is now available: https://t.co/i5nrbuIXkp

Such a powerful executive, who could not be prosecuted while in office, matched the powers of other national executives on the world stage in 1787-89. Neither the King of England, nor the King of France, nor the Holy Roman Emperor could be prosecuted for breach of statute. As national sovereigns, all these monarchs were above the law. In fact, the King of England is still, to this day, above the law and immune from any civil or criminal process. While the analogy of the President’s powers and immunities to that of the King of England may seem to conflict with the fact that the United States fought in the Revolutionary War to free itself from the executive authority of George III, this view of American history requires one to forget the time period between the Revolutionary War and the Constitutional Convention. In fact, the perceived need for such a national executive was one of the main reasons the United States decided to replace the Articles of Confederation with the Constitution.

Something has to be done, because as it stands now, the US is headed for a cliff, and once we’re there, there’s no going back. It will be our final demise. Newt Gingrich said it best: “I believe we are drifting toward the greatest constitutional crisis since the 1850s and the rise of secession and the Civil War.”
Former House Republican Newt Gingrich said Monday that the United States is caving in under the pressure of politically motivated criminal charges against former President Donald Trump just as he begins to overtake President Joe Biden in the polls.
“I think we’re drifting toward the biggest constitutional crisis since the 1850s and the rise of secession and the Civil War. I don’t say that as hyperbole,” Gingrich said. “So what you’re seeing across the country is a desperate, last-ditch effort by a corrupt machine to destroy its most dangerous opponent in a way that not only breaks the Constitution, destroys the rule of law and establishes a moment of bitterness. which I think will last a generation or more. This is going to be a horrible period, and we just have to understand: People who want to control America and dictate to the rest of us will break any law, lie about any issue, and manipulate the system any way they can.”
We need GOP lawmakers to move beyond pointless tweets and stupid bites. The time has come for them to take real action to stop these overbearing tyrants from pushing our country over the edge.
