The National Security Agency is interfering in the investigation of Casa's murder

-

The agency led by ousted immigration czar Alejandro Mayorkas is interfering with the House investigation into the attempted assassination of President Donald Trump, Rep. Michael Cloud (R-Texas), told Breitbart News.

The shoot was “an epic fail,” Cloud he told Breitbart News during an interview at the GOP national convention, adding, “It's very troubling that we immediately see DHS [Mayorkas’ Department of Homeland Security] obscuring rather than being transparent. This should be something that, regardless of party, we don't allow this kind of thing in our country.”

The Secret Service agency is part of Mayorkas' DHS. It is directed by a graduate in sociology Kimberly Cheatle.

Cloud is a member of the House Oversight Committee, which is chaired by Rep. James Comer (R-KY).

“Today we were scheduled for a first briefing, just the facts of the case, what's going on, what they know now, and DHS has stepped in between the communications now from the Secret Service and the Oversight Committee, and now they're trying to monitor the communication between the two committees,” Cloud told Breitbart News during an interview at the GOP national convention.

Mayorkas now rushes to choose people in “days” for a supposedly independent review of agency failure.

Since 2021, Mayorkas has used his independent power within President Joe Biden's administration to promote the interests of migrants and to help the migration of approximately 10 million migrants in the communities, homes and workplaces of Americans in the United States. this agenda supported by the elite led to his impeachment by the House in February 2024 and has done so crashed Biden's polls in the 2024 elections.

Cloud continued, “So President Comer is issuing subpoenas to make sure the director of the Secret Service shows up [at a hearing]. Right now, we have a committee scheduled for the day we come back next week, Monday, to make sure it comes up and we can start that investigation.”

“It looks like they're obfuscating it already,” Cloud said, adding, “We should be able to get this preliminary information out, realizing that, okay, it's going to take more than a briefing… But you know, that it comes from the same administration that labeled Catholics as terrorists, people who go to school board meetings as terrorists, but fail to protect a former president of the United States and a political opponent. We've seen this administration target political opponents before , and now he's failing epically to protect a former — and shall we say, future — president of the United States. And that's extremely troubling.”

Congressman Cloud continued.

“I'll say it right away: [With] any such failure of the Secret Service.. the hon [for the director] do is resign at this time. She'll say, “Well, we've got to make sure this never happens again.” This is not the job description. The job description is to make sure that never happens, period. We need to take the “new” out of it. You shouldn't have two assassination attempts as director of the Secret Service.”

“So we'll have to continue to look into that as information becomes available,” Cloud added.

On Tuesday, Mayorkas again reaffirmed his support for Cheatle, even after he admitted on Monday that Secret Service agents were deliberately not posted on the rooftop from which the sniper nearly killed Trump.

“This particular building has a sloping roof at the highest point,” Cheatle told ABC News Monday. “And so, you know, there's a safety factor that would be considered there that we wouldn't want to put somebody on a sloped roof… [so] the decision was made to secure the building from the inside,” he said a segment released on Tuesday.

Early Tuesday morning, NPR he asked Mayorkas, “Do you predict people will lose their jobs this past weekend?”

“I have 100 percent confidence in the director of the United States Secret Service, a dedicated, career law enforcement officer,” Mayorkas told NPR.

Cheatle is a sociology graduate who worked for more than 24 years in the United States Secret Service. She was hired for the job in August 2024 by President Joe Biden, who he stated:

Jill and I know first hand Kim's commitment to her job… When Kim filled my security detail when I was Vice President, we came to trust her judgment and her attorney. She is a distinguished law enforcement professional with exceptional leadership skills and was easily the best choice to lead the agency at a critical time for the Secret Service. She has my full trust and I look forward to working with her.
