Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s restraining order against Jim Jordan declined by judge, will go to hearing

It seems like these liberal politicians will stop at nothing to silence those who disagree with them. Fortunately, the court system is still functioning properly and has rightly denied Bragg’s baseless request.

The case will now go to a hearing, where Jordan will have the opportunity to defend himself against these absurd allegations. It’s important to note that Jordan has always been a staunch defender of free speech and the right to peacefully protest. He’s never advocated for violence, and it’s disgraceful that Bragg would try to paint him as a rabble-rouser simply for exercising his First Amendment rights.
