madonna continues to heal from a recent medical problem.
After the 64-year-old recently passed several days in intensive care after developing a “serious bacterial infection” on June 24, he is now out of hospital. A source told E! News June 29, “she’s home and feeling better.”
The update comes a day after Madonna’s manager Guy Oseary shared news of her hospitalization in statement on Instagram. In addition to confirming that his upcoming celebration tour would be postponed, he also gave an update on how he was doing. “His health is improving, but he is still under medical care,” Guy said in his June 28 statement. “A full recovery is expected.”
The “Vogue” singer’s health scare comes less than a month before the tour, honoring her 40 years in music, kicks off in Vancouver, Canada.
Five months before her hospitalization, the Grammy winner expressed her excitement about the concert series.

“I’m excited to explore as many songs as possible,” she shared in a press release in January, “hoping to give my fans the show they’ve been waiting for.”
However, this is not the first time that Madonna has suffered a medical problem before going on stage. The “Like a Virgin” artist suffered injuries during her 2019 Madame X tour, which caused her to cancel several shows in North America and one in Portugal.
A year later, Madonna underwent hip replacement surgery, but she wanted the public to know she wasn’t regretting it.
“So how do I stay in shape?” explained in her 2021 Madame Xtra Q&A special, for Extra. “It’s all in your head… It’s called will, it’s called no one will stop me, and how I stay fit no one will stop me. And how I stay fit is that I don’t believe in limitations.”
