Frances Bean Cobain i Riley Hawk tied the knot earlier this month in Los Angeles after obtaining a marriage license in September in San Diego County … according to documents obtained by TMZ.
The couple’s marriage certificate says they tied the knot on Oct. 7, and the celebrity who performed the ceremony is none other than the former REM frontman. Michael Stipe!!!
By the way… Stipe is also Frances’ godfather, and her godmother Drew Barrymore.
Frances and Riley have been in a relationship since at least January 2021… and it’s their second marriage, their first.
TMZ broke the story… Frances filed for divorce of her first husband, a musician Isaiah Silvain March 2016 after less than 2 years of marriage and they broke up fighting for custody from one of Kurt’s guitars.
No word yet on a honeymoon, but it seems the world is their oyster; let’s face it, they both come from wealthy and very successful families.
