Vice President Kamala Harris has yet to try another “reset” to gain support from an audience that simply doesn’t like it.
“Harris has taken a more advanced role as he tries to re-introduce himself to skeptics in the Democratic Party and the broader electorate heading into an election year.” the messenger reported on Thursday.
She, for example, has exposed herself to the media by sitting down with them: CBS’s “60 Minutes,” NBC’s “Face the Nation,” The New York Times, The Atlantic, etc., for “media hype.”
It has also quietly worked “to overcome lingering issues, including its declining polls, negative news and a rash of staff departures.”
And he has supposedly “taken the lead” on issues like artificial intelligence…

“[S]has become the White House’s go-to person on other policy issues, including gun control and abortion rights,” the Messenger notes.
“He has also traveled the country on a college tour in an effort to mobilize students to fight for their rights,” the White House said, on issues including voting rights, LGBTQ+ equality and book banning. depending on the medium.
It has also increased its public outreach efforts, most recently hosting an event at the Naval Observatory in honor of the 50th anniversary of hip-hop music.
And this coming Friday, she’s hosting a virtual event, reportedly to entice liberal women to start getting involved in politics.
Meanwhile, President Joe Biden’s own aides have been praising X:

However, despite all this effort, he still maintains an average favorability score of -17.2, according to him RealClearPolitics. Because?
“I think he realized that they [the White House] needed to do a better job telling the story. Not just theirs, but theirs,” an unnamed Democratic consultant close to the White House told The Messenger.
Especially since its low favorability it also appears to be affecting the president’s favorability.
“Harris’ low standing has opened the door for GOP presidential candidates to attack her, while playing on voters’ concerns about Biden’s age. While vice presidents tend to reside in the background, Republicans and, more privately, some Democrats, have warned that Harris could end up as president if something were to happen to Biden, 80, and that she is not up to the challenge,” notes The Messenger.

The Messenger further notes that despite previous efforts to boost Harris’ image, the president’s team is looking to “underline the work she has done to put her and the president in a stronger position ahead of the election generals”.
“Democrats had worried in previous months that Harris, who had no public events on his schedule for more than half of May, for example, was not being used properly,” according to The Messenger.
“They need as many surrogates as possible and the number one surrogate has to be the vice president. So, I think it’s important to rehabilitate his image in a way that he can go out and be stronger,” said one Democratic strategist.
But will it make a difference this late in the game? Critics say no, especially since the vice president doesn’t seem to have any substantial accomplishments under her belt.

I’m not even a negative person about elected officials, and I can’t even say anything positive about their results.

The public is beyond scepticism. Harris’ “approval” ratings are abysmal, because she proved to be a word-salad, THC-fueled bimbo. There is no recovery from this. Always.

Nothing will make us like her. She is a conceited and incompetent lover of criminals and hates America. I encourage you to keep trying this crap because it makes me laugh to see you fools in the media trying to sell a bucket of wet crap like it’s a flower whore. idiots

That said, one of Harris’ biggest problems is the extremely high turnover rate in his office.
“His speechwriter Dave Cavell was to leave his role this week. … This follows other recent departures, including Grisella Martin, Harris’ legislative director, who joined the vice president in that role a little over a year. … Carmel Martin, who assumed the role of Harris’ policy adviser last year, also recently left,” according to The Messenger.
