The battleground state governor was one of the first Democratic leaders to push ahead with replacing Biden after his debate performance, but it's unclear whether he would join a Harris ticket.
He threw his support behind Harris on Sunday, shortly after Biden's announcement.
“I've known Kamala Harris for almost two decades: we've both been prosecutors, we've both stood up for the rule of law, we've both fought for the people and we've delivered results,” he said in a statement.

The Keystone State governor said the best way forward for the Democratic Party is to “rapidly rally behind Vice President Harris and get back to focusing on winning the presidency.”
He promised he would do everything he could to help elect Harris as the next president.
Cooper he won his state in two elections even though Trump won the state in the presidential race. He is now term-limited and preparing to leave office. He supported Harris on Sunday.
