“I can’t wait to expose these lies”

-

Hunter Biden’s former business partner, Tony Bobulinski, went up for sale Friday after it was reported that Biden’s lawyer, Abbe Lowell, had asked to be investigated for allegedly lying to the FBI.

“All of the allegations contained in Mr. Lowell’s 10-page letter to US Attorney Graves are patently false, and I look forward to exposing these lies and setting forth the facts in a public forum shortly. The saddest for our country is that Hunter, Jim and Joe Biden, along with Abbe Lowell, know they are all fake and are trying to arm the DOJ against me,” Bobulinski said in a statement. Fox News.

“If Hunter Biden and the Biden family are so determined to ensure that the whole truth is put before the American people, Hunter, Jim, Joe and I should all appear together before Congress, publicly and under oath. They can call the date, time and place, and I would certainly be willing to do it for the American people,” he continued.

The statement came weeks after Lowell wrote a letter Oct. 7 to Washington, D.C. U.S. Attorney Matthew Graves asking him to investigate Bobulinski for allegedly lying during an interview with the FBI on October 23, 2020. .

“The basis of our conclusion [that Biden lied] and the request is the latest wholesale dump of confidential grand jury documents and taxpayer material related to a five-year investigation of Mr. Biden, released by Republicans on the House Ways and Means Committee on 27 of September 2023,” the letter says.

“The materials reveal the extent to which Mr. Bobulinski and others were willing to implicate Mr. Biden or members of his family in some false and meritless allegations. Even in an era when people crazy knowing lies with the aim of having his falsehoods repeated and spread for his political advantage, these statements of Mr. Bobulinski cannot and should not go.
unmarked,” he continues.

Lowell specifically accused Bobulinski of deliberately misrepresenting his relationship with the Biden family, including President Joe Biden and his young son, “for the sake of defaming the character and reputation of [Hunter] Biden and his family, and to boost his own sense of self-worth.”

Bobulinski had previously come forward in October 2020 alleging that the Bidens, including Hunter and his uncle James, had lied about former Vice President Biden’s involvement in Hunter’s shady foreign dealings.

According to Lowell, Bobulinski lied to federal investigators about his communications with the Biden family and about the extent to which former Vice President Biden benefited from Hunter’s shady dealings.

“Even in an age when people peddle lies with the goal of having their falsehoods repeated and spread for their political advantage, these statements by Mr. Bobulinski cannot and should not go unchecked,” Lowell wrote .

For example, Bobulinski claimed to have attended a meeting in February 2017 with Hunter and Hunter’s uncle (James) during which they had worked out the details of a possible joint deal with a Chinese company. The argument precipitated the infamous May 2017 email in which Bobulinski proposed a 10 percent payout to “the big one.”

There’s just one problem. According to Lowell, Bobulinski was not present at the meeting or “was aware of any discussion.”

“Rather, Mr. Bobulinski — the witness to the GOP’s intended ‘impeachment’ and the so-called ‘whistleblower’ — is just making things up, as he did not attend (or even know about) the Miami meeting until after it occurred and has no basis. in fact, to claim that there was a reference to the ‘big guy’ or that it was not his own reflection or that it was a reference to Vice President Joe Biden,” Lowell’s letter says.

“This was all done to advance a debunked conspiracy theory that Joseph Biden was somehow involved. [Hunter] Biden’s business venture with [the Chinese firm]including as vice president,” he continues.

The letter concludes with Lowell asking Graves to investigate whether Bobulinski violated 18 USC § 1001.

“A comparison of the statements Mr. Bobulinski made to the FBI with other communications about his facts or uncontradicted facts should result in an inquiry into whether Mr. Bobulinski’s conduct violated federal law, including , but not limited to, making materially false statements to the United States government violates 18 USC § 1001 and misleads a federal investigation,” it says.
