Hollywood’s top agency gives Susan Sarandon the boot for an outrageous statement!

Hollywood hate suffered another loss when an Academy Award-winning actress was kicked out of her talent agency for “heinous” anti-Semitic rhetoric.

Likely to wear it as a badge of honor, actress and radical activist Susan Sarandon, 77, was taught a lesson in actions that had consequences after aligning herself with Hamas sympathizers. Appearances and speeches at anti-Israel protests were recently treated as beyond acceptable by United Talent Agency (UTA) who reportedly dropped their client for almost a decade.

“Great news,” the non-partisan group StopAntisemitism posted on social media, “Susan Sarandon has been dropped by major Hollywood agency UTA after her atrocious statement about Jews finally ‘getting a taste of what it feels like to be Muslim’ in America.”

As reported, appearances at various New York City protests included the actress, most recently from “Blue Beetle,” taking part in the famous “from the river to the sea” chant and telling the attendees: “There are a lot of people who are afraid.” of being Jewish right now, and they’re getting a taste of what it feels like to be a Muslim in this country.”

“I’m here with my privilege cruelly given to white people, to say that you don’t have to be Palestinian to stand with the Palestinian people,” he stated.

Sarandon had been quoted by The Guardian as empowering others to have the “courage to speak up”, as she said: “People are questioning, people are standing up, people are educating themselves, people are ‘away from the brainwashing that started when they were children. .”

Among the reactions to the rhetoric was Aviva Klompas, co-founder of the nonprofit Boundless Israel, who posted on X: “When Susan Sarandon said that Jews ‘are getting a taste of what it feels like to be Muslim in this country.’ , said that American Jews take this into account: that we do not deserve to live free from harassment and assault.”

Joining the actress in taking heat for the hate is “Scream” star Melissa Barrera, 33, who reportedly had been “dropped in silence” by Spyglass Media Group of the franchise’s next installment after she referred to Israel as colonizers guilty of “GENOCIDE AND ETHNIC CLEANSING” for its counter-offensive following the October 7 Hamas terror attacks that led to the slaughter of more than 1,400 men. , women and children.

“Gaza is being treated like a concentration camp. Cornering everyone, with nowhere to go, no electricity or water… People have learned nothing from our stories,” Barrera wrote on Instagram. “And just like our stories, people are still silently watching everything like happens THIS IS GENOCIDE AND ETHNIC CLEANSING.

Additionally, Maha Dakhil of Creative Artists Agency, whose clients include the likes of Tom Cruise, Natalie Portman and Reese Witherspoon, had “resigned her board seat and stepped down from her role as co- head of the film department after she was criticized for sharing a social media post accusing Israel of genocide. She deleted her post and later apologized,” the Los Angeles Times said reported.

Reacting to UTA’s cut of Sarandon, Newsweek contributor Joel M. Petlin said, “I used to believe that Hollywood is divided between the talented and the untalented. Now I see that the real divide is between the actors who stand with the victims of Hamas terrorism and those like @SusanSarandon who have abandoned morality and stand with anti-Semites.”
