David Chenowith, a 32-year-old resident of Palm Coast, Florida, has found himself in even deeper legal trouble after his initial arrest in July.
Chenowith, who already faces serious charges related to human trafficking, now faces an additional 34 charges, further compounding his legal woes.

The case against Chenowith began when a concerned citizen contacted the Flagler County Sheriff's Office after receiving disturbing messages from a minor. Further investigation revealed a worrying pattern of exploitation, with several teenagers, aged between 14 and 16, identified as victims of human trafficking. Since then, the case has expanded, uncovering more criminal activity linked to Chenowith.
During the initial arrest, officers discovered a variety of illegal drugs in Chenowith's possession, including marijuana, fentanyl and cocaine. This discovery led to additional charges, including trafficking in fentanyl (4-14 grams), sale of controlled substances, and possession of hashish.
The investigation took a major turn when a search warrant was executed for Chenowith's phone. Evidence recovered from his device led the Flagler County Sheriff's Office to obtain two additional warrants for his arrest. These new charges include:
