Billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk has reportedly thrown his hat into the political ring, contributing to America PAC, a super political action committee dedicated to supporting the re-election of former President Donald Trump.
According to sources cited by BloombergMusk gave an unspecified sum of money to the pro-Trump PAC.
Under the stipulations, the PAC plans to release its list of donors on July 17, a disclosure that political observers are eagerly awaiting.
While he has refrained from publicly endorsing a candidate for the looming 2024 presidential race, Musk has moved deeper into the political arena through his platform, X, taking opportunities to voice his opinions.

Elon Musk has vehemently criticized Joe Biden's immigration policies and aligned himself with many conservative ideals.
Venturing to the US-Mexico border in Eagle Pass, Texas, last September, Musk chastised the prevailing conditions, calling the scenario “beyond crazy and growing rapidly.”

He also spoke out against the Biden administration in the wake of the horrific murder of Laken Riley, a nursing student at Augusta University in Athens, Georgia, by an undocumented immigrant.
In a sharp critique, Musk took to X to condemn Democrats' lenient stance on deportations, attributing their position to a calculated ploy to gauge future votes.
“Democrats will not deport themselves, because every illegal is a very likely vote at some point,” Musk wrote. “This simple incentive explains what appears to be crazy behavior.”

It's gotten so brazen that a gang of outlaws can beat up police officers on camera in Times Square, get out of jail free, and… https://t.co/9lMpDNsAS1

Treason indeed! The introduction of a large number of illegals is the reason why Secretary Mayorkas was dismissed by the Chamber.
Voters are important. This is why far-left groups are fighting so hard to stop voter ID requirements, under the absurd guise of protecting the right to vote. https://t.co/WhtVFyS6sa

Those who oppose it are traitors.

The entrepreneur showed further exasperation, highlighting the impunity with which law enforcement officers were attacked by a group of undocumented individuals in Times Square, highlighting lax repercussions and the absence of deportation despite criminal actions.

Musk had previously stated in a post on X in March that he had no intention of making monetary contributions to any candidate running for the US presidency. “To be very clear, I am not donating money to either candidate for the presidency of the United States,” he clarified.

The reported disclosure of Musk's contribution to the America PAC coincides with the disclosure of Make America Great Again Inc., a prominent super PAC, which disclosed that it raised $104 million in the second quarter of 2024, aimed at advocating Trump's candidacy.
This development aligns with the triumphant financial strides of the Trump campaign and the Republican National Committee, which reportedly amassed a whopping $331 million in the previous three months.
That number dwarfed the $264 million raised by Joe Biden's re-election campaign and the Democratic National Committee, further underscoring the strong financial backing behind Trump's political aspirations.
Meanwhile, Biden is facing a riot from Democratic mega-donors. I will see:
