TikTok influencers are experiencing an ‘existential crisis’ after reading Osama bin Laden’s post-9/11 ‘Letter to America’, in which the radical terrorist tried to justify al-Qaeda’s attacks on the united states
“I need everyone to stop what they’re doing right now and go read—It’s literally two pages. Go read ‘A Letter to America,'” pro-Palestinian influencer Lynette Adkins urged her more than 175,000 TikTok followers. And please come back here and let me know what you think because I feel like I’m having, like, an existential crisis right now and a lot of people are, so I just need somebody else to feel that.”
The video quickly went viral, taking with it Bin Laden’s infamous letter.
More than 800,000 people have since viewed Adkin’s plea, with more than 80,000 TikTok users hitting the “Like” button. Fox News Digital reports
TikTok influencers are now telling people to read Osama Bin Laden’s “Letter to America,” which begins by saying that Jews enslave the US.

In his translated letter, bin Laden explained to the American people that Al-Qaeda attacked the US because “you attacked us.”
“You attacked us in Palestine,” he declared, according to Fox News Digital.
“Palestine, which has crumbled under military occupation for over 80 years,” explained bin Laden. “The British handed over Palestine, with your help and support, to the Jews, who have occupied it for over 50 years; overflowing years of oppression, tyranny, crimes, murders, expulsions, destruction and devastation”.
“The creation and continuation of Israel is one of the greatest crimes, and you are the leaders of its criminals,” he continued. “And, of course, there is no need to explain and demonstrate the degree of American support for Israel. The creation of Israel is a crime that must be erased. Each and every person whose hands are tainted in the contribution to this crime must pay the price and pay a lot.”
America’s repetition of “made-up lies that Jews have a historic right to Palestine,” the terrorist said, made him “laugh and cry.”
“The blood that is shed in Palestine must also be a revenge,” he wrote. “You must know that the Palestinians do not cry alone; their wives are not left alone as widows; their children are not orphaned alone”.
“These tragedies and calamities are just a few examples of your oppression and aggression against us,” he later warned. “Our religion and intellect dictate that the oppressed have the right to return aggression. Expect nothing from us but Jihad, resistance and revenge.”
“Is it somehow rational to expect that after America has attacked us for over half a century, we will leave her to live in safety and peace?!!” he asked, later adding that Jews “control your politics, media, and economy.”
It’s just the kind of anti-Semitic rhetoric that woke American influencers, many of them too young to remember the savage attack on this nation’s soil, run around like Pavlov’s hungry dogs.
“The TikToks are from people of all ages, races, ethnicities and backgrounds. Many of them say that reading the letter has opened their eyes and that they will never see geopolitical issues the same way again,” the reporter reported. Yashar Ali at X. “Many of them—and I’ve looked at many—say it has re-evaluated their perspective on how what is often called terrorism can be a legitimate form of resistance to a hostile power.”
Over the past 24 hours, thousands of TikToks (at least) have been posted where people are sharing how they just read bin Laden’s infamous “Letter to America,” in which he explained why he attacked the United States.

“This is not limited to TikTok; similar videos have been posted on other social media platforms,” Ali wrote, adding: “The Guardian published a copy of ‘Letter to America’, but once these TikToks went viral, The Guardian took it down, which has only led to more interest in the letter and conspiracies by TikTokers who say it’s part of the media and the powers that be controlling it trying to silence the truth.”
“The transcript published on our website 20 years ago has been widely shared on social media without the full context,” a Guardian spokesperson told Fox News Digital. “Therefore, we have decided to remove it and direct readers to the news story that originally contextualized it.”
The move apparently backfired, however, when the frenzy over the letter reached a feverish and disturbing pitch.
“We’ve been lied to our whole lives,” TikTok user raeyreads wrote on Monday, according to Fox. “I remember watching people cheer when Osama was found and killed. I was a kid, and it confused me. It still confuses me today. The world deserves better than what this country has done to them. Change has to be made “.
Although raeyreads could only boast 1,300 followers, her post was viewed over 640,000 times.
There was also plenty of backlash to the disturbing trend, and firebrand Megyn Kelly didn’t hold back.
“To the parents of all these losers, suddenly persuaded by the deranged musings of the man who murdered 3,000 innocent Americans: you failed,” Kelly’s post began.
“You were probably drinking, marching for some L-wing cause, and/or just ignoring your kids. You didn’t teach wrong from right, a proper moral code, a love of country, and perspective on the role of America in the world. Because you failed, my children and others will have to grow up fighting these morons for the future of America. I have every confidence they can do it, but I resent and judge you for making it necessary instead of encouraging a life where they can focus solely on growth, joy, love, family, hard work, and creation. However, there’s no point in getting bogged down in it, trust me when I say that the the majority of Americans, this generation and the next, will fight to defeat the pernicious madness you have unleashed. And we will win.”

Kelly was far from alone in her disgust and dismay:
“When I was a Muslim I heard some speeches by Osama Bin Laden because they went around in Muslim circles. I also heard speeches by Abdulrahman al-Awlaki,” wrote Andrea Karshan in X. “BUT I was never crazy enough to be agree with none of the nonsense they said.”
“And thinking these random TikTokers are like thinking it’s hip and cool and hip to admire maniacs like that,” he continued. “It’s just crazy. People are crazy.”

If this actually changed anyone’s perspective, it’s a sign that they are historically illiterate, ignorant of the world, and lack the level of knowledge to evaluate anything other than a meme, bumper sticker, or Tiktok video.
