A new election is poised to take place in Connecticut after a Superior Court Judge made a ruling in favor of election integrity, following video evidence illustrating what appeared to be major ballot-related fraud.

According to a report from The Gateway Pundit, Superior Court Judge William Clark has ordered a new election in the Bridgeport Democratic mayoral primary, after video evidence of ballot-stuffing was released by John Gomes, the candidate challenging incumbent Mayor Joe Ganim.

The video has circulated on social media, drawing severe criticism from proponents of election integrity. It appears to show a woman walking up to a ballot drop-box and proceeding to dump stacks of ballots into it.

The Associated Press revealed that the mayoral primary in Bridgeport was decided by just 251 votes among 8,173 that were cast. This slim margin is significant because it is unknown at this point how many ballots cast may have been fraudulent.

Turning Point USA President Charlie Kirk responded to the video evidence and Judge Clark’s ruling on X, writing, “How common is this? Will this case be the first of many? Does this create legal precedent for future ballot stuffing cases?”

Trump ally and Republican U.S. Senate candidate for Arizona Kari Lake replied to Kirk’s comment: “Let’s not forget this video evidence in Maricopa County.”

She included a re-post of surveillance feeds from Maricopa County’s election processes during the November 2022 midterm elections in Arizona, which she has hotly contested in court, alleging fraud, voter disenfranchisement, and irregularities.

Judge Clark wrote pointedly in his ruling this week, “The volume of ballots so mishandled is such that it calls the result of the primary election into serious doubt and leaves the court unable to determine the legitimate result of the primary.”

Via The Gateway Pundit, the woman in the video shoveling ballots into the drop-box in the dead of night has been identified as Wanda Geter-Pataky, the Vice Chairwoman of the Democratic Town Clerk and a big-time supporter of Mayor Joe Ganim, John Gomes has alleged.
