The Catholic group, Tradition Family Property Student Action, has announced a massive action against the Los Angeles Dodgers after the team invited an anti-Christian “hate group” to host an event at their stadium. The group, “Black Lives Matter,” has come under fire for their radical views and for their attacks on Christianity.
TFP Student Action has called on Catholics around the country to join them in boycotting the Dodgers and to speak out against the team’s decision to invite Black Lives Matter. The group has also urged the Dodgers to apologize for their actions and to take steps to ensure that they do not invite such groups again in the future.
As Catholics, we cannot stand by silently while a sports team promotes a group that attacks our faith and promotes violence,” said John Ritchie, director of TFP Student Action. “We must take action to show the Dodgers that this is not acceptable and that we will not support them while they continue to promote hate.”
The event, which was scheduled to take place on August 15, was planned as a fundraising event for Black Lives Matter, but the Dodgers cancelled it just a few days before it was set to occur. However, TFP Student Action is calling for more than just a cancellation of the event – they want the team to take responsibility for their actions and to make amends for the harm they have caused.
“As Catholics, we believe in forgiveness and in redemption, but in order for that to happen, the Dodgers must make a sincere effort to right this wrong,” said Ritchie. “They must publicly apologize for their actions, and they must take concrete steps to ensure that they never again promote an anti-Christian hate group.”
The Catholic Church has been a frequent target of attacks by Black Lives Matter and other progressive groups, who often accuse the Church of being intolerant and bigoted. However, TFP Student Action has been working to counter these attacks and to defend the Church and its teachings. The group has also been vocal in their support for law enforcement and for traditional family values.
“TFP Student Action is not just a Catholic group – we are a voice for all people who share our values of faith, family, and freedom,” said Ritchie. “We will not be silenced by those who seek to attack our beliefs or our way of life. We will stand up for what is right, and we will fight against those who seek to do us harm.”
The fight against Black Lives Matter and other anti-Christian hate groups is far from over, but TFP Student Action is committed to continuing the fight and to defending the values that are important to Catholics and all people of faith. The action against the Dodgers is just one example of the group’s efforts to protect our faith and our freedom.
