On a recent visit to Philadelphia, Joe Biden tried to appeal to black voters, but his rally at Girard College left much to be desired. The event was marred by questionable comments, flattery and false accusations against former President Donald Trump. However, it wasn't just Biden's controversial address that raised eyebrows; it was the attempt to make his small crowd seem larger than it really was.

Despite claims by Biden supporters that the rally was well attended, photos captured by honest reporter Steven Nelson of the NY Post revealed a different story. Pictures showed a packed gymnasium that was only half full, with a large press box and tables taking up the rest of the space. The size of the crowd paled in comparison to the thousands who gathered to see President Trump at his recent Bronx rally.

These tactics to make a modest meeting seem more substantial only highlight the challenges Biden faces with voters. Even in staunchly Democratic areas like Philadelphia, he struggles to generate enthusiasm and draw sizable crowds. This was not an isolated incident; past events, such as New Hampshire, exposed Biden's inability to garner significant support.
The repercussions of this low turnout are evident in the latest polls. A Philadelphia Inquirer/New York Times/Siena College poll revealed declining support for Biden among young, black and Hispanic voters. In Pennsylvania, specifically, it faces a deficit of 3%. In addition, the survey indicated that nearly 70% of voters in the battleground states believe that significant change is needed in the country's political and economic systems.
The Biden campaign's attempt to establish a “Black Voters for Biden-Harris” initiative was met with skepticism given Biden's controversial record. Accusations of racist associations and a famous 1993 speech calling blacks “predators” cast doubt on his credibility with minority voters.
Lots to unpack here…
First, the “summer of love” riots were anything but peaceful. People died. Hundreds of millions of dollars in damage were done. Many more police officers were injured as a result of these Democrat-backed riots. However… not a single mutineer was killed, who was… https://t.co/FWO2vs3ZYS

“First of all, the 'Summer of Love' riots were anything but peaceful. People died. Hundreds of millions of dollars worth of damage was done. Many more police officers were injured as a result of 'these democrat-endorsed riots. However…no rioters, who were mostly black, were killed.
I used to give Biden the benefit of the doubt, but now I'm really starting to loathe the man. He is a race lover like the rest.
Let's kick him out of office.” – Zeek Arkham
Critics argue that Biden's lackluster showing in Philadelphia only adds to growing evidence of his dwindling support and inability to inspire voters, even in traditionally blue areas like Philadelphia. Footage of a sparsely packed gymnasium, resembling a Little League sign-up meeting, further underscores the contrast with Trump's energetic and massive rallies.

Despite efforts to mock Biden's rally, it serves as a reminder of why he is focused on targeting his main political opponent, Donald Trump. As the election nears, Biden's inability to generate significant enthusiasm may prove to be a major challenge for his campaign.
