The January 6, 2021, undercover video shows Alexandra Pelosi, the daughter of former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, explaining why J6 prisoners can’t get a fair trial, in part because the Democratic-controlled media they have exaggerated the event.
In footage initially released by Gateway Pundit, documentary filmmaker Alexandra Pelosi can be seen engaged in a taped meeting in January 2022 with a defendant linked to the events of January 6. The Daily Caller has identified the accused as Gabriel Garcia, a former member of the Proud Boys, and has contacted his defense attorney, Aubrey Webb.
During the meeting, Pelosi discussed the events that happened on January 6 and the ongoing legal proceedings involving people who participated in those events.
The video clip, obtained by Cpt. Gabriel Garcia shows Pelosi’s daughter Alexandra answering questions about the Jan. 6 event. When confronted with the argument that J6 prisoners cannot get a fair trial because of distorted coverage in the local media every day, he explained the issues at stake.
“Well, the reason, look, I think time will remember January 6 differently,” he said. “Right now, people are still … there’s two things that the media needs to fill in. I mean, if you watch TV on January 6th, it was like January 6th, 24 hours a day. With the passage of time… it will be less. And like, so I think people will also lose their office, their jobs, the people who were there will lose their jobs. It won’t mean anything if you weren’t even there.” .
Now comes the critical admission: There really was no coordinated plan to overturn the 2020 election on January 6th. So there could be no conspiracy involving Donald Trump, who explicitly told the protesters to be “peaceful.”
“Listen … I know you’re not the bad guy,” Pelosi continued. “I mean, if there is, I haven’t found the villain yet. But if there is, I don’t know you. Well, the guy, I mean he’s like a stereotypical villain,” he said, seeming to refer to Donald Trump.
“But the thing I asked you the question of how, what was the plan?” she asked. “If there was an insurrection, you’re supposed to be in the marching line. You’re in the army, you know that, right?
“No, you were supposed to have a plan,” he added.
“Exactly,” agreed his interlocutor. “The operations are said to be over. Sit for the night with your soldiers. Come over, okay, you’ll go over here, you’ll come in this way right now. We’ll take care of it. There was nothing of that.”
“If it was an insurrection, it is the most regrettable of the 21st century,” added another. “No guns, no land. People taking selfies. A guy smoking weed…”

Elsewhere in the clip, Pelosi talks about the injustice done to Jake Angeli, described in the media as the “Q Anon Shaman,” who was sentenced to 41 months in prison for his role in the riots.
“What did the shaman do? He stood there … how many months did the shaman have, 41, compared to 8 … and I think the government … they’re going to get older,” Pelosi said for about three minutes after the meeting.
“After the Democrats lose the House and then get rid of it [Jan. 6] committee, people may lose interest. The first trials will get a lot of attention … nobody will care after the Democrats are out of power,” Pelosi continued. “And then you get Biden out of office, who cares? If you drag it out long enough, I wouldn’t go to trial first, because DC has a lot of people who work for the government…if you moved it, you’d totally go.”

Donald Trump was impeached for his handling of the January 6 riots, but was acquitted after a trial in the US Senate. Trump’s potential grand jury indictment would apparently violate sovereign immunity, as he was indicted over the incident and acquitted after a Senate trial.
The news comes as an appeal has been filed in the US Supreme Court that could affect “hundreds” of cases from the January 6 trial, including the grand jury trial and any indictment of Donald Trump.
