After 674,375,206 doses of COVID-19 “vaccines” injected into 270,045,602 Americans ( source ) over the past 2 years or more, and over 11,000 requests for COVID-19 “vaccines” filed to the US Government Actions Compensation Program, US Govt. Just announced the first settlements for injuries from the COVID-19 “vaccine”: 3 people, 2 of whom now have damaged hearts (myocarditis), received a total of $4,634.89, an average of $1,500.00 per person.
Yes, you read that correctly. An average of fifteen hundred dollars per person, as more than 11,000 people await their settlements.
Wayne Rohde, author of the book The Vaccine Court, announced these offset results on his Substack page today, and he’s outraged.
Wayne is one of the nation’s top experts on the US government’s vaccine reimbursement programs, and you can read an article he published in Health Impact News in March 2020, when President Donald Trump became the first president of the US to invoke “The PREP Act,” which includes the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP), which was designed to compensate people who die or are injured as a result of experimental products used in times of national emergency.
Wayne also explains how the CounterMeasures Injury Compensation Program is very different from the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP), which has been around since the 1980s and covers FDA-approved vaccine deaths and injuries. I will see:

But those motherfuckers actually threw everyone under the bus. let me explain
The first case that was deemed compensable in September 2021 (18 months ago) finally went through the medical benefits review process. This is where HRSA reviews the claims, looking for other benefits paid to the petitioner to cover medical expenses, such as private health insurance, Social Security disability payments, and whether the petitioner received income through workers’ compensation or other means . If so, this is it RESTRICTED of the compensation granted to reach a network. The CICP is the payer of last resort. Pathetic don’t you think?
The net amount paid to this petitioner was ………………. $2,019.55. This is.
For a case that took over 18 months to review past medical benefits that could have been awarded to the injured party, this process tells me that this was a significant injury that resulted in very large medical bills.
The second and third cases deemed compensable in December 2022 received $1,582.65 and $1,032.69 for myocarditis, an injury to the heart. Very serious injury. It requires a lot of medical attention.
However, our government, the United States of America, in all its wisdom, announces that all countermeasures related to COVID-19, including vaccine, ventilators, and other medications, must be processed through the Program compensation for countermeasures injuries.
These petitioners were really screwed by our government.
And we have over 11,000 more pending injury claims.
Public health officials lied to us that the vaccine was safe and effective. That vaccine adverse events were extremely rare.
I have personally spoken to so many people with serious injuries from the C19 vaccine. Many who cannot go back to work. They were the breadwinners of their families.
Many who can’t perform basic household functions because they can’t walk or have problems with balance and concentration.
Recently, our government bailed out several banks at the cost of several billion dollars.
Now our government is turning its back on people injured by the C19 vaccine, throwing them under the bus. The best our government can do is offer them a couple of crumbs??
A more accurate picture, Public Health lied to them and now they are being dismissed.
