Joe Biden is “close” to signing an executive order declaring a “climate emergency,” giving the Democratic president new powers to enforce lockdowns and other tyrannical measures to “save the planet” from “global warming,” a public policy think tank is warning.
According to the Heartland Institute, “the signs are there” that Biden will declare a “climate emergency” that would entail “gas rationing, restrictions on electricity use and limits on air travel.”
The movement would also set limits meat and dairy consumption in order to comply with the “Net Zero” objectives of the globalist green agenda.
The Heartland Institute says that experts have revealed that the Biden administration has been working with the United Nations (UN) to prepare for authoritarian restrictions.
Amid the behind-the-scenes maneuvering, the UN website has just been updated with a new “climate emergency” page.
“The science is clear,” the UN web site states
“The world is in a state of climate emergency and we need to get into emergency gear.
“The burning of fossil fuels by humanity has emitted enough greenhouse gases (GHGs) to significantly alter the composition of the atmosphere and the global average temperature has increased by 1.1-1.2°C.
“And for every degree of increase in temperatures, the cost of adaptation will increase exponentially.
“GHG emissions need to peak now, but the gap between ambition and action is growing.
“We have the solutions we need and many will reduce emissions, contribute to climate adaptation, create jobs, restore the natural environment and encourage good investment.”
The news comes as has been the corporate media increasing reports on recent heat waves linking hot weather to “climate change”.

When Biden claimed last week that he “already” declared a climate emergency, it wasn’t true, or at least the plan wasn’t public knowledge.
However, many believe that the new temperature numbers, which NOAA publishes on August 15, may be all the justification Biden needs.
“Antarctic melting and subsequent sea level rise” will be another, and the Maui wildfires will be cited as another, according to the Heartland Institute.
Biden may be planning to declare a “climate emergency” soon after the NOAA data is released, possibly this week, the organization suggests.
The president has also come under increasing pressure from Democrats and their allies in the corporate media to make such a statement.

“It breaks my heart to hear the devastation in Maui,” Bush said he tweeted while sharing an NBC News post about the fires.

Other Democratic lawmakers also pushed for climate alarm while commenting on the fires.

About 60 Democrats in Congress recently supported legislation known as the “Climate Emergency Act of 2021.”
