A video was released online Thursday showing Erwin Chemerinsky, the dean of the University of California, Berkeley Law, admitting that he has been secretly favoring certain candidates for faculty hires based on the color of their skin. Dean was secretly filmed admitting everything. Ironically, he claims in the video that if he was ever questioned under oath, he would deny ever saying that. He obviously had no idea that any of his students were filming him.
Investigative reporter Christopher Rufo shared the video on Twitter and he said this about the disturbing revelation of Mr. Chemerinsky:

Mr. Chemerinsky could make a perfect first case for Trump loyalist Stephen Miller, who recently sent 200 letters to schools across the country threatening to sue them if they refuse to comply with the Supreme Court’s ruling on ” affirmative action”.

In California, it is illegal to hire by affirmative action in public employment, public education, or public procurement. After being blasted by the viral video, Mr. Chemerinsky Fox News Digital“I am saddened that someone made a video of my class discussion and extracted it in this way. The Law School strictly adheres to Proposition 209 in all of its hiring and admissions decisions.”
As the video continues to spread like wildfire, calls for Mr. Chemerinsky grow. This story is heating up and it will be interesting to see how it develops.
