Young Israeli family seen in viral videos transferred by Hamas to another terrorist organization

-

Hamas is reportedly using a 10-month-old Israeli hostage, his 4-year-old brother and his parents as leverage, transferring them to another terrorist group instead of releasing them during the ceasefire.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) made the announcement on Tuesday about the alleged transfer to southern Gaza.

“IDF Arab spokesman Avichay Adraee announced the transfer on Monday night. The family consists of the child, Kfir; his brother Ariel, 4, and his parents, Yarden, 34 , and Shiri, 32. The IDF did not specify precisely to which organization they have been transferred.” Fox News reported

“Children and babies under one year who have not seen the light of day more than fifty days are being held captive by Hamas, [who] he treats some of them as booty and in some places he has transferred them to other terrorist organizations in the Gaza Strip,” Adraee charged to X.

“For example, the Bibas family, the two red-haired children ‘The Reds’, who were kidnapped from their home in Nir Oz by a member of the terrorist organization Hamas (pictured) and are being held in the area of Khan Yunis by one of the Palestinian factions,” the IDF spokesman noted.

The family was taken hostage on October 7 from Kibbutz Nir Oz during Hamas attacks on Israel. More than 1,200 Israelis were killed during the attacks and approximately 240 Israelis and foreigners were kidnapped and returned to Gaza by the terrorist group.

Viral video of the kidnapping shows a terrified Shiri, the mother, clutching her children with a blanket as they were taken hostage by Hamas. According to the father’s sister, Ofri Bibas, he is seen in another clip with a head injury from hammer blows.

He told reporters that his family was not expected to be among the ten hostages released on Tuesday.

The Time of Israel reported that Bibas claimed that Hamas’s psychological warfare “is working very well because the last four days [since the start of the truce] It’s been a nightmare.”

“We are talking to you today because tomorrow is the last day of the current ceasefire,” he said, according to the press. “At the moment they are the youngest hostages still in Hamas captivity.”

“We do not know where they have been detained. As far as we know, they stay underground”, said Bibas. “We are very concerned about the 10-month-old baby on formula as his main diet.”

“We are asking the Israeli government and Qatar and Egypt, everyone involved in these negotiations and this agreement, to do everything they can to include our family in this agreement and to release them as soon as possible,” he pleaded. . “I hope they don’t have them as a trophy.”

Unfortunately, the family does not appear to be part of the hostage exchange.

“The realization that, for the time being, we will not receive the hug we were expecting so much, leaves us speechless,” the extended family of the Bibas commented with sadness in a statement that was made to the media this Tuesday.

Although it is unknown exactly which terrorist group the family is now with, according to the daily mail Military analyst Michael Horowitz commented, “It looks like they may be in the hands of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP).”

“Hamas has released 50 Israeli hostages, as well as 19 foreign nationals, since Friday as part of a ceasefire deal reached with Israel and brokered by Egypt and Qatar. Israel has released 150 Palestinian prisoners in return and increased humanitarian aid deliveries to the Gaza Strip, which has been under siege since the war began on October 7,” Fox News reported.

Only one American has been released and President Biden has claimed that he he doesn’t even know it if the other American hostages are still alive. There are approximately 170 people still being held by Hamas in Gaza somewhere.
