Pressure for the president to support a cease-fire in the Gaza Strip increased on Tuesday, as hundreds of his administration employees signed a letter of protest.
President Joe Biden’s favor of strategic “pauses” for a full ceasefire has continued to lose him favor with radicals within his ranks, marking his opposition to Israel in a growing way. Tuesday, after the Department of Internal State notes Disagreeing with the administration “spreading misinformation” about the war between Israel and Hamas, more than 400 appointees and employees of 40 government agencies submitted a letter to the commander in chief demanding a cease-fire.
“We call on President Biden to urgently demand a cease-fire,” the anonymously signed letter read and reviewed reported by The New York Times, “and to call for the de-escalation of the current conflict by securing the immediate release of Israeli hostages and arbitrarily detained Palestinians; the restoration of water, fuel, electricity and other basic services; and the passage of adequate humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip.”
According to the signatories, who represent the White House, the National Security Council, the Justice Department, the State Department and other agencies, anonymity was necessary because of “concerns for our personal safety and the risk of losing our job.”
His letter continued, “The vast majority of Americans support a cease-fire,” providing a link to a Data For Progress poll that packaged a series of issues related to a cease-fire while asking how Americans felt respondents about the statement, “The US should call for a ceasefire and a de-escalation of violence in Gaza. The US should leverage its close diplomatic relationship with Israel to prevent further violence and civilian deaths.”
Hamas was not mentioned in the survey.
The vocal stance aligning with anti-Israel sentiments came just days after a heavily organized protest reportedly marched around Biden’s home in Delaware on Saturday chanting, “President Biden, you can’t hide! We accuse you of genocide!”
Others could be heard shouting “No ceasefire, no vote” as well as “In November, we remember” as they waved Palestinian flags and displayed signs reading “Free Gaza” and, despite the terrorist attack on 7 October against Jews, they claimed “It’s not about religion”.

“Furthermore, Americans do not want the US military to be plunged into another costly and senseless war in the Middle East,” the letter from the anonymous officials said.
The fact that the hundreds of employees were hiding behind anonymity raised concerns, especially after Missouri Sen. Josh Hawley (R) confronted Secretary of National Security, Alejandro Mayorkas, for anti-Semitic rhetoric published by an asylum officer under his watch.
Nejwa Ali had been suspended after she was found to have posted her apparent support for the attacks that killed more than 1,400 men, women and children, prompting the senator to ask, “Is this typical of people who work at DHS?”
“This is an asylum and immigration officer posting these frankly pro-genocide slogans and images on the day Israelis are being slaughtered in their beds,” Hawley added. “What did you do with hers?”
Bristling, an outraged Mayorkas responded, “One of the things I’d like to say to you, number one, your question, to suggest that she’s emblematic of the men and women of the Department of Homeland Security is despicable.”
However, the fact that roughly two weeks later hundreds of employees chose to remain anonymous to express their anti-Israel alignment raises the question of what their own social media activity might uncover.
How do we have over 400 terrorist sympathizers at the highest levels of government?

Looks like the radicals have a lot to fight for. Wonderful, for people to see what it really means to be a Democrat. Support terrorist, BLM, ANTIFA, HAMAS and the KKK. The Democrats have always been a terrorist organization.
