WWE boss Vince McMahon has been raided by federal agents and ordered to appear in court.

The wrestling executive chairman is currently on an indefinite leave of absence after undergoing spinal surgery last week.

And the operation comes just weeks after the 77-year-old received a federal grand jury subpoena on July 17.

A search warrant was executed McMahon in response to the numerous alleged payments that have been made amid allegations of sexual misconduct by multiple women.

In its filing with the SEC on Wednesday, the wwe stated that it “has received voluntary and mandatory legal requests for documents, including from federal law enforcement and regulatory agencies, regarding the investigation and related matters,” according to CNBC.

WWE CEO Nick Khan said during an earnings call Wednesday that he had no comment on McMahon’s situation, adding that they would assist with any investigation, according to House of Glory. Jason Solomon.

WWE’s presentation also stated that McMahon “went on medical leave after undergoing major spinal surgery.”

They also said he “will remain on medical leave until further notice, but will remain executive chairman.”

This comes just seven months after he returned to the role of executive chairman, after stepping aside for six months.

His abrupt retirement came after an investigation claims it paid a former employee $3 million to keep their supposed affair quiet.
