Woman attacks residents with knife and shoots dead in self-defense in AZ [VIDEO]

A woman was fatally shot while trying to attack residents in the 900 block of Seafair Drive Sunday evening. Lucindy Gale Parkison, 49, of Bullhead City, was found dead at the scene after police were called at 7:50 p.m.

According to the investigation, the woman had arrived at the residence with a knife to confront the neighbors over ongoing issues.

Witnesses claim Parkison threatened and advanced on the residents armed with a knife.

He pushed a female victim against a wall and held the knife to her throat, causing a defensive cut to the victim's hand.

A resident intervened and ordered Parkison off his property. In response, the woman charged at the man with her knife, forcing the neighbor to defend himself by firing his gun several times. The events happened in the front yard of the house.

Local authorities confirmed that no arrests have been made in the case and that the victims have fully cooperated with police.
