“What would Beau do?” Biden offers clear admission to sidestep CBS love fest

Joe Biden's farewell tour is officially underway and one of the first stops on the malarkey express was CBS News where the lame duck president took softball questions from regime media muppet Robert Costa.

In a sit-down interview that aired on “CBS Sunday Morning,” the geriatric Democrat had the opportunity to spin his takedown by his own party to portray him as escaping on his own terms and that Costa gave him a lot of leeway, Biden regurgitated the big lie of the very good people “on both sides” deception and conjured up his dead son Beau.

“What happened was that some of my Democratic colleagues in the House and the Senate thought it would hurt them in the races. And I was concerned if I stayed in the race, that would be the issue,” Biden explained , refraining from blaming former Speaker Nancy Pelosi for orchestrating the coup that snuffed out a second term.

But it was Costa who perfectly served as an opening for Biden to weave into his speech about Beau, bringing up the chilling presence of his immediate family sitting next to the Resolute desk in the Oval Office during his nationally televised speech on the go .

“When I saw you with your family at the Oval, I wondered. Does he think about Beau too? Costa asked.

“Look, I can honestly say I think about him all the time,” Biden said of his nondegenerate son who died of brain cancer in 2015. “Whenever I have a decision that's really hard to make, I literally wonder : — What would Beau do? He should be sitting here being interviewed, not me. He was a really good man.”

Biden then claimed his son made him swear to stay politically engaged while on his deathbed.

“But dad, you have to make me a promise.” I said, 'What's that, Beau?' He said, “I know when it happens, you'll want to quit.” You won't stay committed… Look at me. look at me dad Give me your word as Biden. When it goes, you'll stay engaged. Give me your word. Give me your word. And I did it,” he told Costa.

The segment then turned to the 2017 incident in Charlottesville, VA, which served as the basis for perhaps the biggest lie Biden has repeatedly told in his five-decade career as a Washington, DC politician.

“And then Charlottesville happened,” Biden said, once again asserting that the incident was what fueled his presidential run and not just another opportunity for his greedy family to profit from the office.

“I spoke to the mother who lost her daughter as a result of those neo-Nazis and…, white supremacists,” he said. “In America with torches, carrying Nazi banners, chanting the same sick, anti-Semitic bile we saw in Germany in the 1930s,” he added, plugging it.

“And when his daughter was killed, they first went to then-President Trump … he said they were very good people on both sides,” Biden said, repeating an out-of-context quote that even ” a left-wing fact-checker. ,” Snopes debunked.

“Then I knew I had to do something,” he told Costa. “That's when I decided to run because democracy was literally at stake.”

That Costa not only let Biden lie so blatantly, but set the table for him is another indictment of the defunct institution of a free and fair media in America.

The only thing missing was a bucket of drool hanging under the CBS reporter's chin.
