The incident came after a school vigil for missing 24-year-old Minnesota Vikings Khyree Jackson, along with his friends Isaiah Hazel, 23, and Anthony Lytton Jr., 24 , who died in a recent car accident. The trio had previously won a state championship during their time at Wise.
The fatal crash occurred when the friends were traveling in a Dodge Charger on Route 4, and an Infiniti attempted to change lanes, resulting in a collision with the Charger, according to law enforcement.
At this time, there is no confirmed motive or suspect in the shooting.
