Trump faces future presidential impeachment if he regains the Oval Office

Davis wrote: “So the Democrat judges in DC are suddenly pretending that President Trump doesn't enjoy presidential immunity, like all his predecessors for 250 years? Does that mean Trump's Justice Department 47 can indict President Obama for his extrajudicial killing of a 16-year-old American citizen?

The American citizen Davis refers to is the 16-year-old son of American citizen Anwar al-Awlaki, who was killed by a drone strike in Yemen.

Earlier this month, a federal appeals court in Washington rejected Trump's claims of absolute immunity, ruling that he can be sued in civil suits related to the Jan. 6, 2021, protest at the U.S. Capitol united
