Donald Trump doesn't stop when he has something to share on his social media platform Truth Social; after all, who will ask him to slow down?
And while the former president was in high spirits over the weekend ranting about his civil fraud trial in Manhattan while blasting New York Attorney General Leticia James, he got so much attention for something he didn't write .
Trump retweeted a message from conservative lawyer Mike Davis on presidential immunity that questioned whether Barack Obama becomes a legitimate target if Trump is elected to a second term in 2024.
Davis wrote: “So the Democrat judges in DC are suddenly pretending that President Trump doesn't enjoy presidential immunity, like all his predecessors for 250 years? Does that mean Trump's Justice Department 47 can indict President Obama for his extrajudicial killing of a 16-year-old American citizen?

The American citizen Davis refers to is the 16-year-old son of American citizen Anwar al-Awlaki, who was killed by a drone strike in Yemen.
Earlier this month, a federal appeals court in Washington rejected Trump's claims of absolute immunity, ruling that he can be sued in civil suits related to the Jan. 6, 2021, protest at the U.S. Capitol united
The ruling will have major implications, with ABC 7 reporting that it will allow “members of Congress and Capitol Police officers to move forward with a series of lawsuits filed against Trump seeking compensation for damages they say they suffered as a result of the riot.” .
Of course, what's good for the gander is good for the gander…or something. One thing is certain, the current weaponization of government agencies is setting a terrible precedent for future presidents. Again, Obama said of Trump's accusations that “no one is above the law.”
Davis shared the same message on X and got several responses, as seen here:
Or, how about Joe Biden for killing this family of 10 in Afghanistan?
LFG.

Or, what about George W. Bush and Dick Cheney for weapons of mass destruction?
Let's go to FN GO!

Yes, that means the Trump 47 Justice Department can indict President Obama for his extrajudicial killing of a 16-year-old American citizen.
