Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz has made his military service part of his public image as he seeks to help Kamala Harris win the November presidential election.
However, his former battalion commander shed light on Harris' running mate after an interview with Ret. Command Sgt. Major Thomas Behrends issued himself, and it does not look good.
The National Guard veteran said Fox News' Laura Ingraham that the stolen value allegations are “much darker than many people think,” adding that Walz had “used the rank he never got to advance his political career.”

Following these public allegationsWalz's battalion commander, John Kolb, tore into the Democrat in a lengthy statement on Facebook.
“I do not regret that Tim Walz took early retirement from the Minnesota Army National Guard, did not complete the Master Sergeants Academy, breached his enlistment contract, or did not successfully complete any assignment as to Sergeant Major,” he wrote. “Unwittingly, he stepped out of the way for better leadership. Thomas Behrends was the right leader at the right time. He sacrificed himself to answer the call, leaving his family, his business and his brother partner agricultural to train, direct and care for the soldiers.”
