Former President Donald Trump's campaign ripped Vice President Kamala Harris' Friday campaign speech, calling much of it “bulls-t.”
Harris appeared in Raleigh, North Carolina on Friday to promote a communist agenda that calls for imposing price controls on food manufacturers and inflicting more taxes on the American people.

After responding to Truth Social, Trump warned the American people of the obvious consequences of Harris' policy proposals.
“If you think things are expensive now, they will get 100 times worse if Kamala gets four years as president,” he wrote. “Under his plan, Kamala will implement SOVIET-style price controls.”
“She will abolish private health care and make California's ridiculous tax policies the law of the land, meaning ALL Americans will pay up to 80% of their income in taxes! If you want more CASH and less TAXES, VOTE TRUMP!!!” he added.

Meanwhile, on X, the Trump campaign responded to Harris' speech live as he spoke Friday afternoon.
At one point, the campaign noted that Harris had just said that the American dream is “out of reach for too many Americans.”
The campaign responded by pointing out that it is precisely because of her and President Joe Biden's policies.
“All he has is bulls-t,” the campaign added.

Why would Americans give #comradekamala four more years when their first four years cost the average family $28,000 in cost of living increases?

Speaking to the press during a call held just before Harris' speech in NC, Trump campaign officials offered similar criticism, as reported. The Hill.
“His policies rival some of the most socialist and authoritarian models in world history,” said Brian Hughes, Trump's senior campaign adviser. “Instead of freeing up American energy and reducing the burden on our people, I would impose price controls that come from Venezuela or Cuba.”
Kevin Hassett, an economist who chaired the Council of Economic Advisers while Trump was in office, agreed.
“This policy is completely absurd,” he said. “The fact is, though, it also reveals that if they're willing to have the government take over the price of things, it reveals that all the pushback we've seen in the last couple of weeks of very extreme left-wing policies. that she supported in the past, that this pushback was inaccurate.”
Harris, as previously reported, has tried to backtrack on his previous policy prescriptions.

Stephen Moore, who advises Trump on economic policy, for his part focused on Harris' promise of $25,000 in down payment assistance for first-time home buyers.
“The idea of giving people more money to make the down payment is putting a Band-Aid on a cancer patient,” he said. “The big problem is that people can't afford their mortgage payments because they're so much higher than when Trump was president.”
And the reason they are so much higher is because of the Biden/Harris policies.
“Since Mr. Biden became president, the average home price has increased over 27% and interest rates have increased from 2.8% to 7.2%,” he added. Heritage Foundation notes “Falling supply is keeping upward pressure on house prices, while continued government growth, in Bidenomics, is pushing interest rates skyward.”
“These two factors have caused the monthly mortgage payment for a median-priced home to more than double, from $979 to $2,075. That's costing a family more than $13,000 extra per year for the same home. This has forced many Americans to rent, and increased demand for apartments has pushed rents to record highs.”
